Don’t bother picking out an arrangement online; it won’t be what you get. Neither the one for our friend’s funeral or my birthday were what was chosen. No more orders there from us!
Also, I’ve only had my birthday flowers for 4 days and they’re already dropping petals and dried up leaves. I guess I know why the other flowers were selected by them instead of the arrangements we chose; the flowers were old and had to be given out quickly.

I am giving 2 stars as most of the arrangements ordered for my grandfather were nice, though quite overpriced for what was done. (I am a florist myself - the work was more in the range of 150-175$ worth per piece.) My family is very unhappy with one piece in particular. I chose a shamrock shape from the 5 adult grandchildren. I know that wholesalers sell a shamrock shape foam base. This shop chose instead to carve it themselves, and it looks like a child did it. The flowers are cheap and spray painted. The foam edges aren't even covered. It looks horrendous. It's not worth more than $50, and we paid 300$. What a joke. Not to mention my family was made to stand at a work bench next to a trash bin and piles of stems and leaves in the shop while ordering, instead of being offered a table and chairs like most professional shops do for funerals and weddings.

Gorgeous Flower display, delivered right away this morning. My Mother and Father were thrilled and said the flowers were beautiful and fresh. The whole house has smells wonderful thanks to the flowers too. Wonderful job, thank you so much! ?

We ordered the Brilliant Birthday Blooms' arrangement for an aunt's 100th birthday. We were sent a picture of what was delivered... an arrangement in a wicker basket instead of the birthday candle ceramic pot. A poorly handwritten note card was attached.The picture was sent to us two days after its delivery, and many of the roses and other flowers were already wilted! We paid for a deluxe arrangement. What was received was a disappointing substitution that lacked the visual quality that we expected.

I want to say thank you for the beautiful floral arrangements made for my mother's funeral services. Greg was able to choose flowers that perfectly matched the lining interior of the casket with just a few small verbal details when ordering.

I ordered an arrangement online for my grandmother's funeral. There was some confusion about the order and a different arrangement was sent, but I was immediately reimbursed and the man that I spoke to on the phone was incredibly nice. I will order from here again because I know that they take care of their customers.

Gregg Iannotti from G. Iannotti Florist is a liar. Do not trust him. I ordered a floral arrangement through the shop's website. I paid a total of $80.25 for the arrangement. I ordered it on a Friday morning for delivery the day after which was Saturday. I called the shop at approx. 12:15PM Saturday to ascertain if the the flowers were delivered. Greg had no idea about my order. I explained to him I ordered it through his website the day prior. He put me on hold for a couple of minutes. He comes back and told me the flowers were already delivered. I received a call from my sister at 5PM that day thanking me for the flowers. A delivery person had just delivered the flowers in person. The delivery person had knocked on the door where my great niece who answered the door. Greg insisted the delivery couldn't have been done at that time and that no one must have been home when the flowers were delivered. B.S. I had my sister send me a photo of the arrangement. It was nothing like the one I ordered. I called Greg this morning, Monday. He insisted the flowers were not delivered at 5PM. I told him the arrangement, particularly the vase, wasn't what I ordered. I had chosen the arrangement because of the blue vase. I even ordered the premium arrangement. He went on and on about the lack of vases due to the lack of supply and the lack of flowers due to the lack of supply. He blamed the pandemic woes. He also told me about the disclaimer stating if the florist doesn't have what is ordered they will substitute it with the next best items and flowers available. I knew about the disclaimer. I stated to him he should have called me when he knew he didn't have the blue vase nor the particular flowers. He told me not to use florists.com to order flowers and to call him directly when ordering. I did not use florists.com. I ordered from his website G. Iannotti. I am totally disappointed with G. Iannottie Florist. He didn't even have the decency to offer me a partial refund for his lies let alone a full refund. I suggest no one use G. Iannotti Florist.

I am beyond ecstatic with the PHENOMENAL customer service that Greg gave from the first phone call, to when I arrived at the shop to ask questions to my finished product. I love supporting local, and I know GREG loves his craft and it shows and I am beyond grateful. I called quite a few places and none could compare, and I'm glad I stuck with Greg! My mom turned 50 today and I originally I wanted to get her something huge, but realized I didn't need something huge, my price point was 50.00, and boy did Greg Jazz it up and make it beautiful. The roses were immaculate, I can't get over how fresh and put together they were. My mom loves them so much! The display is amazing and the customer service is top notch. I will NEVER go anywhere else, ever. You rock Greg! I'll be back soon!

Do not order from this place! Yesterday I placed an order for an arrangement to be delivered today. I chose this specific arrangement because it had fall season flowers. The recipient sent me a picture of the arrangement this morning and it looks nothing like what I ordered.When I called to tell them how unhappy I was with the arrangement, he instantly started to blame COVID for the lack of flower deliveries to the shop (all the flowers are outsourced from different countries) and his “local distributor” had a poor selection. I know people who have placed floral arrangements during the COVID pandemic, and they all came out beautiful and very close to what they ordered. So lack of deliveries & selections is a poor excuse. He also said he tried to substitute the best he can. This arrangement was supposed to have different types and colors or flowers and all the recipient got was yellow & white flowers that are not even close to what the photo shows. When I asked him if all he had in his shop was white & yellow flowers, he replied, “Yes unfortunately” How is that possible?!While I understand there might be some substitutions this is unacceptable. If you can’t fulfill or come close to fulfilling an order you should notify the person who placed to order to either cancel or recommend a different arrangement. Please save your time & money and order somewhere else. So disappointed and will never order from this place again.

I have been going here for my floral needs for a few years now. Never disappointed. Well, Tuesday 3/3/2021, I ordered an arrangement online for my uncles funeral. I NEVER do that, I like to physically go to the shop. He called me wednesday, later in the day to let me know that he could not process the order. Due to Covid, supplies are tough. The funeral was the next day. I asked if he could do SOMETHING, and he assured me that he would. I walked in the funeral home, and there it was. A beautiful basket, filled with flowers. He probably stayed way past closing and perhaps didn't open on time the next day. He did what he had to to make a customer happy and I certainly was. Thank you

Greg is the best. I don't live in RI anymore and tried online services like proflowers, etc. when I needed to send arrangements home, and they were fine, but Greg is exceptional. Whenever I call, he answers right away, is polite and thoughtful, asks the right questions, and in the end, produces the best arrangements at a great price. I always just let him do his thing and he always nails it. Many times I've sent gifts through him and the recipient has told me it was the nicest they've ever received. Nothing more to say.
