EDIT: I do love the "oh, bad reviews are just because of people not paying". Bull. I paid for my items IN CASH and I have receipts to prove it, witnesses, and a perfect credit report for anyone who wants to see it. "Nice people"? Ha! The story I could tell you. This store actually later tracked down my employer and tried to get me fired over my review. Completely inappropriate and I would never do business with them again.
Bought a table and chairs from here a while back - the table was beautiful, but the people at the warehouse where we had to pick it up were RUDE. One guy laughed at me and said I'd never get the items in my car (after they refused to deliver it), and told us that anything we left would get thrown away. We got everything in, and he seemed very disappointed. Once we got the table home, we had to assemble it - all the hardware (bolts, etc) broke, didn't fit, or was rusted in the bag.
I had to buy all new hardware at Home Depot because "I couldn't prove it came that way", and they wanted over $150 to replace the faulty hardware and the table leg it almost ruined. Redid the bolt housing in the leg myself, and you bet the table is much more sturdy than it would have been!

I would just like to say this store gets bad reviews simply because the owners are forced to take legal action for non payment of accounts. Therefor, do not believe anything you read if you pay your bill on time and in full then there is no issues to deal with here. I guess It IS true, nice people do get treated poorly but I doubt this store will ever go out of business simply because the good people out weigh the bad.

This store doesn't even deserve a star... Beware of this business....took over a month to get my mattress delivered and it showed up flat, stained, and the cover was all ripped....still waiting for a replacement or my money back!!!!! Do yourself a favor and disregard the fake reviews by the people that work there.....this place is a scam....spend the extra money and go elsewhere!

The people here are great. I came in looking for a bed set and sofa/love seat. And the sales people pulled out a few catalogs. I told them what i kinda wanted and they found me a really good looking bed and a beautiful sofa for my home. The delivery was fast and i didnt have to touch a thing. Very pleased with this company

The salesmen are very friendly, good people. very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, My order was delivered on time with no damages and very clean. Store was also very neat, organized, and clean. Very happy, I will shop here again.

earlier this week i went in for a living room set for my new apartment. Upon entering the establishment i was pleasantly greeted by three gentlemen who seemed very upbeat and happy. I began browsing as one of the very informed gentlemen showed me around and pointed me toward the best bang for my buck. He showed me several sets that were made out of the best material as well as the best way they could have been made. Once i found the set that worked for me the gentlemen actually cut me a deal and gave me an even better price then what they had it marked for! I've never had furniture store actually give me a better deal then what they were already offering! I even went to finance my living room set, which mind you most places take at least a few days to get back to you. Here I was approved by the end of the day. They delivered my furniture quickly and it came exactly how i saw it in the store. I was very happy with the overall aspect of this place. Great furniture, even better deals! & a very knowledgeable staff! They've got my business!

This place is a hidden gem! I walked into the store with hopes to find a small dresser for my bedroom, as I walked in i was greeted by a few young gentlemen at the desk. I proceeded browsing the furniture and an associate walked up and asked if he could help with anything. I informed him that I was in the market for a dresser or chest for my bedroom and my price limits, he told me I could afford an entire new bedroom set if I had wanted. After some sort small talk and going over some information with him I decided to try a financing plan. I filled out an application and was APPROVED THAT DAY! I was astonished at the rapid processing. After ordering my furniture, I received a call back 3 days later stating my furniture was in and we could set up a delivery time at MY convenience!! All and all from the start of the application to the furniture being assembled in my home was less then one week. I will defiantly be going back and referring people to Discounts Matter.

So I Went To This Store Hoping To Be Able To Be Financed. Because My Credit Is Not So Good And Turns Out They Do Not Do A Credit Check Your Job Is Your Credit With Out Paying The High Weekly Payments O Other Stores Like Rent A Canter Or Worse Aaron For 70 Dollars A Week I Furnished My Whole 1 Bed Room Apartment.
Been About 3 Weeks Now And I Am considering Going Back And Getting A Large Screen Tv From There For 20 Bucks A Week So If You Need Furniture Right Awy And Cant Afford Thousands All At Once See Them They Really Took Care Of Me

Had a very very bad time over the past month, first we went in to buy a sofa and we did that was the easy part, it was scheduled for delivery on that Saturday coming up it was a Monday, with all the snow we go the roof caved in on their wear house, (I understand that and was not mad) however it too over one month to get the sofa to me, tonight when they were delivering it they couldn’t get the sofa in the house imp pissed now so they not only call the cops on me but they take off and leave my sofa in the front yard. Never will I shop there again and I would ask you all not to as well thanks.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST, JUST GOT OUT ON MY OWN AT 18 AND WANTED TO FINANCE A BED ALL WENT WELL TILL THEY PULLED UP A OLD THING ON MY GRANDMOTHER WHO PASSED AWAY A WHILE AGO AND WOULD NOT LET ME MAKE MY PURCHASE BECAUSE HER PAYMENTS. THEY ARE RUDE AND DID NOT EVEN SAY SORRY OR ANYTHING. ALL ABOUT THERE MONEY THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD. I WOULD NOT WALK INTO THAT PLACE AND BUY ANYTHING ITS ALL A JOKE.

WORST experience ever with this place. Ordered an entire house worth of furniture; a few things arrived damaged (including an entertainment center). They were going to re-order the entertainment center, but it was going to take over 3 weeks to arrive. They had no other options to choose from, no way to rush the order, and would NOT give me a refund on it even though it arrived broken!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

DO NOT BUY!!! i originally purchased the order on OCTOBER 1st After 2 months still have not received the entire order, I'm missing an ottoman, that every week, and couple times a week the owner Fred kept telling me Tuesday, next Friday next week etc etc. finally after all this time on Sunday DEC 1st 2013, he shake my hand and told me that Tuesday I will have it or he will returned my money. Well.... I received a call from him telling that he did not have the ottoman...what a shocker... so I asked for my money and the true colors came out... he started to yell over the phone and used fault language to tell me I was not getting my F>>> money back....
He Offers to do business Cash in order to save money, but basically is probably not to pay taxes....
look at his BBB review is a F... I should've looked at the reviews.....
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!! IF YOU DO I WISH YOU THE BEST...

I was pulled in by the promise of great deals on their TV commercial but when I looked on Google I saw these bad reviews and feared the worst. Driving by there at lunch I figured I would take a look, I'm glad I did. I was helped by a red headed gentleman who was very social and helpful. They have amazing products at a fraction of the cost of the big furniture guys.. were talking at least half! I bought an entire bed set for the price of a single dresser at the others( Someone here complained about quality? Its a dresser not a jungle gym.. keeps your kids off it and ur clothes in it and you'll fine). They had all but one piece in stock and delivered it the next day for 20 bucks! The other piece was ordered and I was told 4-6 weeks it should be in.. within 3 and a half weeks I had been called and delivery for the final piece was set and it was in my house and assembled 2 days later. One of the delivery guys (younger guy) was there for both deliveries and was super cool and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. I'm not sure if these other reviewers had bad luck or I had good luck but I will be going back there for more furniture and recommend you do the same. Thanks again! Adam

i purchased a bedroom set for both my son and i and a living room set from this place. i was told my stuff would be delivered etween 10-1 and they didt show up until 7pm when they got here a draw on my son dresser was broken and ive called ad been in the store like 10 times in the last 7 months and everytime someone new tells me that the person who ordered it has been fired and that they are handeling it now and ive even been called back at least 4 times to tell me that it has been ordered and yet no one ever know what im talking about. they also delivered things i did not order and told me that i could keep it... i had no use for an extra box spring so obviously i didnt keep it... also the delivery men were extreamly rude and did not finish putting shleves up or nobs on any draws...they told me it was too time consuming and i would have to do it my slef... this is after i waited an entire day for them to keep telling me i was the next delivery. ha what joke. also they forgot my matress covers and one of my sons dressers and i had to wait weeks for that to come in. basically this place is a joke u do not at all get what you pay for and they lie like thats their job!!! one employee who had given his 2 weeks at the time i was in there complaining informed me that they have the same issues all the time and that was why he was leaving and going someplace else. i would never recomend this place to anyone... anyone looking to buy furniture you should take your money someplace else these people are not worth the headache!!!!
