CVS is a busy store that generally provides good customer service and helpful pharmacy staff. Customers appreciate the friendly and professional assistance from employees like Frank, who go above and beyond to help with prescriptions and insurance issues. The pharmacy team is dedicated, often working under stress, yet maintaining a positive attitude. However, some experiences have been frustrating. For example, one customer was upset about the rude treatment when trying to purchase discounted Valentine’s candy, and another was disappointed because CVS did not provide documentation for vaccine shots, which led to confusion on their online records. Despite these issues, the store is described as a nice place, with many customers feeling satisfied with the help they receive. Overall, CVS is a busy, helpful business with caring staff, but it can sometimes fall short in certain services like vaccination documentation.
This CVS is always well stocked and very clean. I enjoy shopping here.

Apparently CVS can change your medication to a generic form with no notification or regard to whether it is in your insurance formulary. Then you get a notice from your insurance provider that they will no longer cover that medication and it takes you hours to figure out why.

I have been going to this CVS since they opened.I was told this morning in such an ignorant way that My smoking in My vehicle was against the law, which I did not know! Never had a problem before! Time to switch Pharmacy just because of this arrogant worker.
