The older lady who seems to always be working never has her mask on all the way. She does not pull it up over her nose. Also they do not do a great job requiring them. People just take them off when approaching the counter and nothing is said to them. There is a very real need for management to mystery shop this location because not everyone on staff seems to have gotten the memo on the pandemic. I will not be back to this location for that reason.

I visit this Cumberland farms a few times a week for gas or ice coffee and I find the manager and all store employees very friendly and helpful you can't beat the gas prices and the coffee for .99 is great. The store is always clean and well stocked . I recently stopped in for orange juice and the clerk noticed it was about to expire, she went in back and out she came with a fresh one, lets see that happen in Stop & Shop. I recommend this store to all, forget DD down the street where its 3X the price and you get a frown when they think you don't tip enough, and make your coffee wrong a good amount of the time. O

By my count, Coventry has four different Cumberland Farms locations, and when I used to work in town, there were three that I stopped at pretty regularly, depending which way I was headed. My favorite of the three (rated 5 stars) was the one at the corner of New London Turnpike and Arnold Road. My least-favorite among the three was 785 Tiogue Avenue, which I rated at 3 stars. I would rate this one slightly higher, at 3.5 stars if I could, but Yelp does not allow half-star increments when leaving ratings, so it will stay at 3. Anyhow, this store has a different layout, and feels slightly more cramped than the other two stores. The bathroom was reasonably clean, considering the amount of customer traffic. I rated this store slightly higher than the Tiogue Avenue store because the parking lot is larger here. While it's still on Route 3 (Tiogue Avenue and Nooseneck Hill Road are just different sections of Route 3), this store is located on a slightly-less-congested part of Route 3, although the trade-off is that motorists are able to drive much faster, so caution is still required.

Went in to buy milk and cigarettes came to 15 dollars and change I miss understand the lady gave her 17 dollars turned around and Hurd her grab the 80 cents from the change drop and put it in the draw..I wasn't even out of the door and I turn to say I forgot my change..she is a thief,,could even say sir you forgot your change.. is this what your workers do on a daily basses

Went in to buy milk and cigarettes came to 15 dollars and change I miss understand the lady gave her 17 dollars turned around and Hurd her grab the 80 cents from the change drop and put it in the draw..I wasn't even out of the door and I turn to say I forgot my change..she is a thief,,could even say sir you forgot your change.. is this what your workers do on a daily basses

Got accused of shoplifting twice here. Got searched by the cops twice and they found nothing on me but still got banned from this store. Just for buying cigarettes. The manager and cops are so lucky i haven't filed a lawsuit....yet I hope this location gets shut down. Ever since the first time I came here I was treated rudely by the clerks. Bunch of a$$holes working at this location, Save your money and go to the shell just a little further down the road. Much better service
