Every time I go to citizens in Coventry there's always such a long line and only one teller on.The computer is always down I just don't understand ?

Been living in Coventry for 16 years and this is our go to bank. We have used the inside bankers, the counter and the drive thru. Walk up and drive up ATMs. Always have had friendly service. Plenty of parking.
