Honestly, one of the best car-related experiences I've ever had. Insurance process was fast, super easy. (Even the tow guy that I used through AAA said they are legit), And I was always promptly responded to and updated. Most importantly, it was done quickly and done well, And within the exact amount of time specified. Thank you for making a very stressful situation a little easier to manage.

Recently i was involved in a hit and run that left my bumper with a good amount of damage. before this i had never been involved in a accident, so you could imagine that i had no clue where to begin. In this frustrating time i filed a claim and made my way to this amazing local auto-body shop, where i was welcomed with a warm smile and hospitality from their employee working at the front-desk. She guided me through this frustrating time so that i could get my car back on the road. You would assume that it’s only this one employee that truly cares about her customers because it’s rare to see nowadays. But this exceptional service did not stop there. This level of service was provided by each of the employees that i interacted with. If your vehicle was damaged in a collision, i highly recommend going to this auto-body shop if you’re looking for a shop that treats you like a human-being rather than just a dollar sign. They did an Amazing job on my Audi, everything was handled with ease and total professionalism from beginning to end. He gave me straight answers, guided me and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The girl in the office was awesome too, they dealt with insurance company on my behalf and made everything so easy. I felt like I was working with relatives because they make you feel that comfortable.

You bring your car there and they tell the insurance company there’s more damage than what it is so they can keep the other portion of the money. Do not bring your car to this place. They are all fraud.

The staff at the center were very helpful and understanding. The workmanship was impeccable. The finish work made my car look better than when I first leased it. I would recommend them to take care of your car. If I should need body work done again I will return to Center of New England Collision.

This shop is Absolutely Amazing! From the high quality workmanship, customer service and the overall turn-around time for the repairs on my car was incredible. They have a customer for life!! They went above and beyond my expectations. Love this place.

Great experience! I drive by the building every day, so thought I thought I'd give them a try when my bumper needed to be replaced. The owner, Dave, came out to greet me with a smile when I arrived. He explained my options, ordered the part, and the job was completed the next day. It came out great! They are friendly, professional and do great work!

Too bad this only gives 5 stars because I think they easily rate a 10. After having an accident I was very nervous but they made me feel very comfortable and assured me everything would be OK. I was able to rent a car right from them at a very reasonable costas well as the whole entire job and they dida beautiful job! I was very lucky to have found them. I can't thank them enough for all they did to make my experience easy affordable and quick. So I just can't say enough how happy I am with their excellent service. ?Services: Painting

I happen to just pull into the shop.David came out I showed him my car that had been backed into..Everything was handle by them from the lease car to dealing with the insurance company..The insurance company was giving me a hard time when I told David I was told not to worry about anything they would take care of it an they did I never spoke with the insurance company again..Christine was very helpful again telling me they would handle everything including the insurance company..This was stress free thanks to these guys..car was brought in fixed even detailed in a timely manner..I will definitely be using you guys again..Thanks

Amazing business. I got in my first car accident and they took care of EVERYTHING. They take your car to their auto shop, provide you with one of their rental cars, take care of any damage including body work & they even took their exceptional service an extra step forward, by bringing my car to the cleaner after the repair. When I was waiting in the office one day, I over heard the staff talking about their service / how they bring every customers car to the cleaner. They genuinely care about providing great service and treating their customers well, even behind closed doors. I didn’t have to talk an insurance agent or pay a cent. They took a stressful situation and made it simple & worry free.Also, I had a car issue awhile after my repair with them and couldn’t get on google to find my mechanic’s number. I called them because their contact was in my phone and they instantly got a mechanic on the phone to talk through the issue with me. They are an outstanding group of people.
