Blackout drunk during our appointment. 2 hours of him being incoherent with a waiting room full waiting. He appears to be closed permanently. Wonder why.

He's been our accountant for over 2 decades. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Even after moving to Providence, I've continued to have my taxes done by him for his professionalism and accuracy.

If I could post zero stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs. He was the accountant for my employer in 2018, it is now the end of March (March 22) and we just got our W2 forms and because apparently while federal taxes were taken from our checks, none was paid in, my Federal withholding on my W2 is literally $3, while my sisters is $0. Now I not only owe taxes, even though the money was taken from my check, I have to pay a penalty. When I realized, I started going through my pay stubs from last year, they are all different, there is absolutely no consistency at all. The last week of the year said I only made $80 all year, this was less than my check was that week. He is extremely rude to anyone who calls or simply hangs up on them. He has told use to "mind our own business" seemingly without realizing my money is my business. Please save yourselves the aggravation, and potential fees for a tax lawyer and just go somewhere else.

Before we moved out of state, we always had our taxes done here and were very satisfied. Mr Burns always maximized our deductions.
