My experience started well at this dealer. My father and I went to look at two trucks. Mr. Jeremy Whitty helped us and was a great salesman. They gave me fair value for my trade in vehicle, and I decided to purchase the truck.
Prior to picking the truck up, I perused the reviews for the dealer (something I should have done previously), and was taken back by the amount of negative experiences with issues surrounding vehicles as soon as they leave the lot. Feeling anxious, I called Jeremy and expressed my concern, stating that I don't want to be left exposed to risk due to expensive repairs as I am going back to school and won't have the funds for major fixes. He assured me they sell quality vehicles, although he said there is "always a risk in buying used," (which is true). I went through with the purchase and was very content.
However, I purchased this vehicle at the end of winter. I neglected to try the A/C, as there was no need for it. When the weather finally warmed up (about 6 weeks after purchase), I went to use it and the air was blowing room temp or even warm. I took it to a mechanic, hoping it just needed recharge, but much to my dismay it came to light that the entire A/C system was shot and burnt out. I needed to replace the entire A/C system.
This was not something that happened through wear and tear, as I had not used the A/C at all. I am extremely disappointed that this was not disclosed at purchase. I am now out $1,700 for the service.

They are Liars , i bought this van after 5 day the transmission broke i spent $5k, side mirrors broken $199, air compressor (AC) broke as well $950 and they don't wanna fix even if under warranty.
when you first come to buy everyone is involved and friendly, after after come to ask warranty everyone simply disappears.
Terrible experience i had.

This place is awful do not go here!!! Bought a 2017 ram 2500 with only 60k on it thing wouldn't start the next day. After they replaced the starter the truck ran good for 6 months then the transmission went out. This place only sells junk scammers!!

I have purchased a total of 4 personal vehicles from Autoland. My daughter has also purchased one. All of our vehicles have proven to be clean and reliable. Additionally, I have always found Autoland to be price competitive. I have been happy with the vehicles I've purchased here and will continue to return when I am in the market for the next one.

I don't leave many reviews but this place left a sour taste in my mouth. I can officially say shopping at this place has turned into the worst car shopping experience I have ever had. Threats of taking a vehicle back for a mistake made by the company, that was out of my control, then speaking to me like I did something wrong or gave them a bogus check.
I had a solution which fell on deaf ears, then a week or so later they had a great idea( my solution from the beginning). Then being told how they went out of the way to fix a couple of minor things in my favor. (things needed in order for the car to run properly - car had 2 bad plugs and 2 bad coils). Oh, cant forget the 2 new front tires that don't match the rears. If someone wanted to be so helpful they should have cleaned out the air filter box which had a rats nest in it. Here's to hoping you might have a better experience than I did. Happy shopping

I was looking for months for a Honda pilot elite & Autoland had one. Zachary was my salesman and he was so kind, he went above and beyond for me & even though I live out of state he even drove my car to my house In Massachusetts for delivery. He is very informative. This truly is a no pressure dealership. Thank you to Autoland and especially Zachary branchaud. Very quick turnaround but had to get new breaks and rotors within 3 weeks of getting the vehicle and now have to replace the battery. Going to bring my vehicle in for an overall inspection now. Ill update on what I find. Most likely its their mechanic not doing thorough inspections

My girlfriend bought a nice Dodge Ram from auto land for a good price, so a year later when I needed a truck it was my first stop. I picked up a 2014 f350 and Kenny took care of me and it was an easy process. Was very quick and had my truck the next day. After two trucks I definitely recommend them and will be back for my company and my self in the future

One of our many places of trying to find n buy a second car for us, but for me. Was looking for an suv. I decided too finance my first vehicle, After looking for weeks i came across autoland. Finding a vehicle i was interested in, Kenny then assisted me , deciding too purchase the vehicle , he was very Professional, kept me updated throughout the whole process. While also making sure the vehicle was ready too go. After leaving, I noticed there was no sticker for my next oil change, So contacting kenny he responded immediately, and had an oil change done within the same day (30minutes)Jeremy was also very helpful with getting me the best possible rate. Going out of his way too continuously look for the best rate i could get. Saving me a hunk of change.
