It's a small town bank, and friendly, and never make you feel rushed, which is why I changed to Dean Bank so long ago. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I love Dean Bank and everyone who works there.”

“This is a fantastic place to do business. The people who work here are so far beyond helpful, I can't believe I am reviewing a bank! As a small business, I get their (free) check scanner and so I do not have to leave the desk to make that deposit. Savings accounts earn interest. (whoa! lol) One reason they call it FREEdom bank is free from those horrid bank charges. They just have different business model, and it is sooo consumer friendly. Check 'em out! And oh! ...dog biscuits at the drive-thru when you have to make those cash deposits!!”

I cannot say enough great things about the team at this location. Everyone's always going above and beyond to take care of all our banking needs. We have been lucky enough to work with just about everyone on the BankRI Greenville team and we really couldn't be happier. Over this summer we have also worked closely with the new Branch Manager Stacia Izzo and she has helped walk us through some extremely confusing transactions personally. Now every time we visit the branch She always takes the time to work with us directly. “For some odd reason, whenever I step into a traditional bank, I can't help but feel intimidated and marginalized. (in a nasal, high-pitched voice) "Sir! You have to run your ATM/Debit card through the machine and enter your PIN before I can help you." Yeah, right... NOT SO at Navigant! I've been using the same branch for a while now and I barely ever get asked to provide my ID, let alone run my ATM card (which I almost never use, Especially when I have a line of people behind me who could possibly See my PIN being entered!) In other words, the employees recognize you and treat you as an equal! Personal. Informal. Relaxing. These are three words I'd NEVER use to describe an old-school bank, but they describe perfectly a credit union such as Navigant! The only criticism I have for this branch is that the parking lot is tiny and badly designed and not terribly navigable. (see what I did there?) Been a member since they started out as Dexter Credit Union back in prehistory (before cellphones)!”

“Sunday night I went to the drive up atm to deposit a large amount of cash. Of course I shoved too many bills in. It kept my money. And did not verify the deposit. I panicked. The banks are closed on sundays. I went in early Monday morning. Freaking out a bit. I learned the drive up atm is handled by an outside company. More panic set in. I needed to deposit that money immediately. They don’t come out until Tuesday for that atm. But. Within an hour. The company had come out. I got a call from citizens. They deposited my money. And I didn’t have to leave my house again. Couldn’t be happier.”
