The Willows is a wonderful place to stay.So relaxing and peaceful. The restaurant has the best breakfast around. My favorite place to stay in Charlestown. ?

Charming old school motel. Priceless water views. It's a whole vibe. Don't miss the onite breakfast. They don't advertise it but if you ask for screwdriver or mimosa you can get one. You're welcome.Nearby activities: Close to great beaches, restaurants and bars.

Very basic but clean. very friendly staff. We always have a good time. You come to RI to go to the beach and not to stay in the hotel.

Great location. Restaurant on site. Great views from every room. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Affordable place to stay. Close to several beaches. Only complaint is the room doesn't have a coffee maker which usually isn't a problem cuz I travel with my own.

What a nice throwback in time. Nothing fancy but such a great place to relax and get back to nature and all the things important in life. The people were courteous and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I recomend poolside or pond view. Its a really great way to escape!

Stopped to have breakfast with my girlfriend and was pleasantly surprised at our meal. I had eggs Benedict with home fries and she had pancakes. Great view over looking the water and we are looking to stay here soon. Friendly Staff.

Overall, a hidden gem in my estimation. (Not five stars only because I think they should dial up their pr a bit more.) Scott is so helpful and friendly. Cool views. Quiet - no honky tonk. Really look forward to going again.

So i reserved back in June for Aug stay. I got emailed an invoice with the pricing of the room for the 2 nights. Today 3 days before my trip down i call and they stated that my room rate went up and i asked for the manager to call me back. He never did he decided to email me cancelling my reservation and stated that it was a invaild credit card and they tryed to collect 175.00 pior to coming in for the stay. I called and spoke to a women there and she said they have been doing that for years. I explained to her they never did that before to me and why would they cancel my stay when i never did that. I always have put my card on file and pay in cash when i check in. She also claimed that they take the 175.00 10 days pior to check in today is 3 days before check in and why 175.00 when they claim the room rate a night was up to 195.00 very unprofessional And disappointing. shady very upsetting and when i wanted to speak to the manager they claimed he was gone but he had time to email me and not call.
