CVS in Charlestown RI great service and always helpful,but give the cashier's more hrs one person cannot stock and cash people out .

I’ve had conversations with two employees here and they are always friendly and helpful. This is the tiniest CVS in the Northeast and maybe the whole country! I’m always in and out with no issues.

Perfect size for our small town, I can get all my prescriptions without a 20 min drive!
