Also, very important: she is cash only! So go to an ATM - there is one in the Washington Trust Company (next to Cumberland Farms) - first, or you will have to go after your haircut.

This is the closest haircut available to Charlestown Beach Road. Not the cheapest ($17 for a men's haircut) but she does a good job.
