What a great young man, I'm sorry I didn't catch your name, but your customer service skills were superb and my hats off to you! For such a young man to give such great directions and answer all the customers questions and such nice manners! Today is Oct 30 2023 and I was lucky enough to have this young man as my cashier around 1:15 pm. Whoever he was, I hope he gets a well deserved raise and that's a young man who is going places in life! CVS is blessed to have employees such as this young man!”

“Called here when my mom was having trouble finding her medication that was part of the nationwide shortages and was greeted with such warmth and kindness, I immediately wanted to change all of her medications to Atwood Pharmacy.Not only did they have the medication in stock, they also called me ahead of time to let me know what the cost would be. (That’s huge, as we all know how busy pharmacies are these days.)Recommend this pharmacy to anyone who wants quality customer service and professionalism!”

“Awesome drug/convenience store. Has that old school pharmacy vibe and the staff are always super nice. Store is also super organized which is a rarity compared to most of the other places in this area. Highly recommend them over mainstream drug stores (CVS, Rite-aide, etc.). It's a shame COVID caused some of the bad reviews online because this place certainty does not deserve it.”

“I have been going to the store for almost 5 years since moving to the neighborhood and I really have nothing but good things to say. The pharmacy doesn't hesitate to answer questions by phone or even resolve the issues on the phone, they proactively contact doctors when prescriptions expire and they automatically notify you via the mobile app notifications when things are ready. They are always polite and responsive.”
“Pharmacists are so nice I've been going there for years never had a problem with them not having my meds they are an old school pharmacy and they sell candy soda keno, and have a lot of cards for the different occasions you should stop in and say hi to Nick or Paul they would Surely say hello !!! Oh yeah and the girls that work there are also very nice?”

“I'm not a big fan of pharmacies, but this one does it right.Even though they're in a busy hospital, their service is much more personal than at the big corporate pharmacies. They're quick but polite, and they take the time to go over the drugs with you. That should be the way it is at every pharmacy, but unfortunately, it's a rarity these days.”

“I have to give it to Kristen from this particular location. It's been a whole NIGHTMARE to get my medications filled at the same pharmacy. Due to relocating from VA, some of my medications were difficult to get transferred. Kristen helped make that process more understandable and saved us a lot of money in the long run. Whoever she is, give her a raise! Her customer skills are on point and we finally got all of my medications situated today. I definitely recomend this pharmacy as when I went to pick up my dedications Kristen was not working. The lady who checked me out was courteous and seemed knowledgeable with my situation. Which I am grateful for. I will definitely be keeping Osco Pharmacy as my preferred pharmacy. Thank you!”

“A small independent pharmacy that's not like the other big corporate clones. If you're looking for a small town pharmacy with personal service and hometown charm, this might be your location. It doesn't have all the glitz of some of the bigger chains, but what it lacks in decoration it makes up for in-service. Plenty of parking and they also sell lotto and scratch tickets.”

“Four weeks ago I visited this location. They have excellent choices for everyday and seasonal cards; flowers; vegetables and other foods.
The transaction was friendly and speedy. The other location at West River Street, Providence is also as big and as varied as this store.
I guess my visit was easy because there were few cars outside. I'm sure everyone was at home, pre-shoppers, celebrating birthdays and graduation events. ? ? ? ? ? ?”

For years Adam has gone above and beyond in helping myself and my family. Whether it be catching a potentially toxic interaction previously unseen from medications prescribed by doctors, giving heartfelt advice to a terrified new mom dealing with her child's first cold, or simply answering the one million and two questions I typically have any time I call or walk in. I give my sincerest thanks to this wonderful man and his fantastic team for always being there with caring guidance and an unbelievable knowledge bank to boot. “This pharmacy team has their hearts in helping patients. I moved here a year ago from the midwest and they've been very understanding of the complications of getting drug prescriptions from old out of state doctors and new ones in state. Very accommodating of GoodRx coupons in addition to other insurance. Recently came out to give me curbside delivery of antiviral meds when I finally got COVID (Dec. 2023) even though it meant momentarily closing the pharmacy since there was only one person working at the moment. I've had vaccinations there as well on 4 occasions. They text to let you know when prescriptions are ready for pick up. I wish, for their sake, they weren't understaffed so often. They do great, regardless.”

“We found Option Care infusion services here in Rhode Island to be nothing short of excellent. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and extremely competent - they made what could have been an overwhelming situation that we were thrown into much more than tolerable. From wonderful visiting nurses, med delivery, and overall support, we could not have asked for more. We highly recommend this company!”

“I'm not sure --at all-- as to why there are mostly negative reviews here. I've been a regular customer of this location for over 6 years. While the store isn't without issues (outdoor garbage can could use some TLC but I haven't really noticed in a while so maybe that's changed), the staff is really amazing, the store itself has a great selection compared to other locations, and the new curb pickup is amazingly efficient for my family.”
