“There’s a reason this pawn shop has the rating it does. 5 star isn’t enough of a rating, if I could I would be giving 6. I walked in and was greeted immediately by their staff. I was then directed to the one, the only, the amazing, Jessica. Let me tell you about this amazing, considerate and kind person. Jessica is the type of person that when you meet her she just radiates kindness. She was quick to help me, she told me the entire process as she did it. She was considerate to me and was just the most amazing person. Honestly, it wasn’t just Jessica obviously I wasn’t able to talk to everyone. However, everyone was doing their best with customers and trying to service them with smiles on their faces. I even got an ice cream! Please remember to be kind to these kind and wonderful people. Once again, thank you to Jessica and her kindness and willing to help, and thank you to the entire staff for their amazing customer service!”
