George has created several custom pieces for us. His work is absolutely amazing! He listens to his customers, offers helpful advice and is always willing to go above and beyond to achieve the vision of the customer. George works with his clients and is transparent in pricing (which is always very fair!). There are no "surprises" with George; with the exception of turn around time. We are always amazed how quickly George is able to design & create our ideas. No task is too big or too small. We are so fortunate to have a jeweler that we trust wholeheartedly. My comment is that the jewelry store it self its good. There quality of jewelry is good. Now the staff in there is a totally different story the older couple there are great they work with u with everything show u whatever you want and even work with you on the price if its reasonable. On the other hand THE SON (THE ONE THAT WORKS IN THE BACK ROOM) "FIXING THE JEWELRY " HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL ALSO HE COMES OUT SOMETIMES AND " TRY TO HELP CUSTOMERS " HE HAS NO PATIENCE AND ITS RUDE AND SEEMS TO BE SO AGREVATED TO HAVE TO DO HIS JOB SO FOR THIS REASON I STOP GOING THERE AS MUCH OR IF I GO THERE WHEN I WALK IN AND HE COMES UP TO ME I RATHER WALK RIGHT BACK OUT.

Awesome little family owned business. The owner George helped me create a custom engagement ring. He went as far to have 3 stones shipped for me to look at, educated me and shipped back the two that I didn't want. The ring came out stunning and although the relationship failed I still want to thank George and Omar y Oscar for their hard work :)

Never go to this place. They take your jewelry and and don't fix it. They charge you outrageous prices. The two women that work their are liers. The two guy that work their are thiefs .
