I'm here today taking my time and dedicate it to the most and the best community bank that I ever knew...I Ben wit you guys for so long .and still sticking wit you .I would like to thank anybody that's works there..to the old employees and managers assistant. From Alvaro ,.geijet,, rozé and so on...they not in cemtrals anymore .but still Wana thank them.for their services and friendships.you stay blessed...but the real reason I'm here is to talk about two beautiful ladies, kind, gentle ,.professionals. open hearted ,friendly ,wich are the assistant vice president branch manager Angelica Rivera and Paulina gomes a member service representing they Ben helping out and providing me so many opportunities and good services love you guys you stay blessed..???Angelica help me out so greatly.with the past loan when my mom past.appriciate you ♥️and she lately did it again wit another loan along side wit Paulina too can't stop thanking you for all you did for me..a lot of more to say but.im gon live it there.all I know and I see is the way you treat people is humanly great...I don't see what are the wrongs from the bank ..may God protect you and bless you wit your families..?nuff love from your boy Jacques.?✌️

They do not provide on-line banking. If your not a member of their credit union you can not get funds from a different credit union at any of their locations.

Navigant as a whole is the worst bank to ever go to. 35$ each transaction if your account hits the negative? Talk about kicking someone while they're down.

Atm is unusable. When I called to complain I was told they value my business but there is no way to keep atms stocked or to let customers know when atms have no money/no receipt paper. I was told that there was going to be a note on my profile to never refund fees again no matter the circumstances by a woman named Jackie. I don't recommend this bank at all and I highly regret using them for the past 4 years. Awful customer service and no access to your money.

DO NOT BANK HERE. ALL THEY DO IS CHARGE YOU FEE AFTER FEE AND TELL YOU THEY ARE THE SAME THING. THIS IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER HAD. PLEASE IF THERE IS ONE THING I DO WITH MY LIFE IT IS TO WARN OTHERS TO NOT BANK WITH NAVIGANT!!!

Had a horrible experience here and the only response I would get is “just smile”. Closed my account, no longer trust them. Staff is not as trained as they should be.

Every time I visit this branch Mr. Jo-an Peralta acts like if I'm not important. Mr. Peralta never greets me, no even after I say hello or say m'I chopped liver? He still won't say hello.! I requested someone else to help us with the Assistant Vice president JENIFER S. ELLIS she is NO help! I explained her the issue and she never did any thing or care, Jennifer also made us sign a document with a public notary so I have power of attorney to talk on behalf my partner, Jennifer is denying any action was made by her. (But she was the one who wrote the letter!!!) THIS BANK USUALLY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS HORRIBLE, Since the late's 80s They know most clients are Immigrants and don't know much English or don't know their rights or laws. So they mistreat them or take advantage of them... Bad management in 1992 put many credit unions out of business and court system were involved. I had a bad experience in this location many years ago, I spoke with the manager at the time nothing got done, So I decided no to conduct business with them. After many years has passed THEY'R STILL HORRIBLE!. In my Opinion may be the old Management generation. This Bank need to refresh their employees with new generation. We also as a consumer need to take our time to rate this bank or any other identity hopefully wil help bring to light their conduct and hopefully get issues corrected. After complaining with the Vice president JENNIFER ELLIS Today telling her one more time that we don't want Mr. Peralta as our help.... Mr. Peralta called & lie my partner telling her I said that she be in by 2 pm, ( TOTAL LIE). I Just finished telling Jennifer Ellis that my partner have work & was busy today and we don't want Mr. Peralta to contact us or help us. ALL REVIEWS SHOWED HOW HORRIBLE THE BANK IS DOING!!! Attentive staff, I am a very quiet reserved person and dont like small conversation but again thats personal preference. They are very friendly and welcoming. It can get busy at times and the atm outside is out of service alot sometimes for short periods of time lately which could be understandibly inconvenient for most but I live so close by its okay with me, other than that easy banking for the average person.
