The sales girl in there was great, not only did she help us a whole bunch, but as we were leaving an elderly woman came in and they were on a first name basis, so much more than I expected. I would recommend any time.

I picked up a new phone yesterday and the Staff were so helpful. Albert was my consultant and Hector also helped. They even helped me get the ACP Program while there which the Metro store in Pawtucket wouldn't do. I'm So Happy I decided to go to the Central Falls location. Great Service and would Highly Recommend. 5 Stars All Around. Thank you Albert and Hector for all your help.❤️?????

The place was empty except for me. I had bought a new phone and just needed a new sim card. When I got home the sim card didn't work right. I called customer service and they told me it was probably defective. When I took it out and looked at it I realized it was all scratched up.Next time I went to the Metro down the street in Pawtucket and they gave me another sim card that finally worked.

The staff is helpful and nice but there never open to go in and pay my bill. Very annoying and inconvenient ?. Very unreliable
