“We went here to get some ideas for our bathroom because we are remodeling it. We also wanted to compare prices to the big box stores to get the most bang for our buck.. we were happy with what we saw and ended up going to the East Providence location to buy our vanity only because the order at the Warwick location was 10 days late with an unknown arrival time. There is a lot to see here, great prices and selection. Worth it if you're in the market for bathroom, kitchen or window ideas.”
“On February 3, 2023, Friday evening, which was the coldest night of the year (-9 Degrees Fahrenheit) I had a major plumbing problem. After taking my shower and turning off the Symmons Temptrol control valve, hot water kept running (not dripping) and I had no shut-off valves in proximity to the shower to stop the hot water back flow. Back in 2010 I purchased a high efficiency boiler from Bruce at Ardente Supply Co. which has an indirect hot water tank associated with the boiler. I was fearful to shut down the boiler while attempting to fix the problem since the boiler provides both space heat and domestic hot water. The next day, February 4, 2023, Saturday, the overnight temperature was the second coldest night of the year (-2 Degrees Fahrenheit) and I still could not do anything to stop the hot water siphoning from the boiler. After two days of record setting temperatures and another day, Sunday, that the problem could not be addressed, I decided to call Bruce at Ardente supply on Monday. Bruce has helped me over the years addressing both electrical and plumbing problems with my boiler and supplying various plumbing parts for a number of home remodeling jobs. After discussing my siphoning problem with Bruce, he told me what I needed to do to secure boiler operation and how to rebuild my Symmons Temptrol shower valve. I do not know what I would have done if Bruce did not come to the rescue. Bruce, your expertise in HVAC is truly exceptional and I feel that my experience might help someone in the community with a similar or any heating/plumbing problem. Bruce, kudos to you... Rick P.”
“Fairly close handicapped parking, automatic entrances and exits. Friendly and helpful staff of varying ages. Innumerable things to look at and beautiful gardening area with plenty of choices of plants. On the opposite end of the store is the lumber area with its own pick up area. Everything in between the 2 ends of store with one whole aisle full of cleaning and sanitizing products. Large open restroom at front of store. They even have some great t-shirts ! Appliances, carpeting, tools, lights, lawn mowers, lots of paints and colors to choose from, magazines.... have a good time!”

He helped from picking out the shower doors, track, and door handles up to paying for the items. A good experience with helpful associates, good prices and variety.”

“I recently purchased a washer/dryer combo from Lowe's Store #1014 in North Attleboro, MA, and was quite pleased with the customer service I received from Associates George and Fernando in the Appliance Department. This review is to let folks know that Lowe's does have some good stores and even better associates. The store itself is quite organized and easy to navigate. Associates help regardless of their assigned areas. The added benefit of my experience with George and Fernando is further proof that this store puts a lot of effort into customer satisfaction. After my washer/dryer combo died, I was given a Lowe's e-voucher to purchase a replacement by my homeowner's warranty company. I was fortunate to have Associates George and Fernando to help me throughout the whole buying process. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most of all helpful. “My husband and I were at Providence Home Depot last night, looking for a specific bathroom vanity. RJ helped us. RJ was so helpful and friendly. Although the vanity didn’t seem to be anywhere, he didn’t give up. He found the vanity way up on a pallet, immediately he had someone come and get it down . We had some more shopping to do. He told us to come back when we were done and sure enough there was the vanity and him waiting for us already on the hand truck. We were so impressed with him. Wish all employees were like that. He is a one of a kind!”

“It's Lowes. They're a chain so they're mostly the same. They didn't have what I needed in stock at the Plainville location. So the guy helped me see if the North Attleboro location had my item. Employees at both locations are very nice and helpful.”
“Feel like this location is much bigger than the others in the area. So I was pleased that it was well stocked. First, I was slightly disappointed because I bought a toilet and then got it home and it was broken. So now I have to make another trip over there. However, I was pleased to find their tile selection offered exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been searching high and low for a deep espresso colored wood look tile and not only did they have it, they beat everyone else’s prices by a mile. Just have to open and check things next time before leaving because even some of the tile boxes were in bad condition at the store. They must have received a bad shipment of toilets because all the boxes were beat up pretty bad. Selected one that wasn’t and still ended up with an slight annoyance.”

I careless left my wallet with my id and health insurance card in it at Home Depot. I need my id and health insurance card to get my chemotherapy. The entire staff were extremely helpful and understanding in my situation. Just want to say thank you for their willingness to help me find it. They could have easily told me it wasn't there and walked away.”
