I purchased a set of agtermarket rims for my Honda on the spot when I walked in for the first time. Small shop on the corner in Central Falls, but they know their stuff! With options available I was able to get a good hands on visual or what I wanted. Rims were delivered to the shop within 1 business day and I had them mounted the following day. I would highly recommend Diaz Tire Shop for all of your tire and rim needs!

Helpful, they don't leave you standing there looking around without asking if you need something, the opposite that happened to me in a tire shop that is not that far from there (in Lonsdale). Conveniently, they have different payment methods, I was able to pay with a card, something convenient since I don't carry cash 100% of the time, because cash is no longer king; While in the previous tire shop I had to go to the bank and come back so they could serve me because they only take cash, which didn't happen because they left me there watching them talk to each other without working, so I left. And lastly and best at Diaz Tire Shop, I loved something that is not seen in many places, but should the message of the gospel, Christ is the only way to the Father and eternal life.

I went to Diaz Tire Shop on the advice of a family member who said they were really good and really cheap. I had bought four brand new tires from Amazon and needed them mounted. I called on a Thursday and asked if I could drop my car off after closing and leave the keys in a drop box, since I work too late to get there before closing. I was flatly told “no” because the car wouldn’t be “secure.” Fair enough - although almost every garage I’ve dealt with has this option. I was offered to come in Saturday morning, and they could mount my tires then. I was happy with that. I got there on Saturday morning about 20 minutes after opening, and there were about four people ahead of me. The guys were running around like maniacs, and the scene was chaotic. The main guy, who I had to hunt down, told me I would be taken in “as soon as the other cars are done.” I said, “No problem, take your time, I’ll leave my keys with you and pick up my car when you’re done.” “Oh no,” he said. “We don’t work that way. You have to wait here.” Okay, fine. Forty-five minutes later, as other customers came and went, my car sat parked in front of the place and I was COMPLETELY ignored as if I didn’t exist. My sister was also there waiting with my nephew, and I was horrified that I was wasting their time too. I couldn’t believe this was happening. At that point, there were no other customers in the pipeline, and I was offered ZERO acknowledgment that I was there or that my car was about to be worked on. I shouldn’t have to tell you I’m there waiting, when you can clearly see my car parked in front of you - in the exact spot you TOLD me to park in! I got on my phone, quickly found a nearby tire shop, and left Diaz, never looking back. The other shop had my car in the bay within 15 minutes and told me it would take about 30 minutes to complete. They had no problem with me leaving with my sister and nephew to do a little shopping and coming back. When I got back, the car was done and parked in front waiting for me. They did a fantastic job - the car is driving like a dream. The owner was a joy and pleasure to deal with. Great personality! What a wonderful experience. Diaz Tire Shop, on the other hand, are rude and unprofessional and have no idea how to make their customers feel valued and appreciated. It was one of the worst experiences I can remember. I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was spoken to and the way I was ignored. These people act like they’re doing us a favor by allowing us to patronize them, when in fact they are the ones who should be grateful and thankful for the business - especially when there is so much competition close by. My advice to anyone reading this is to AVOID Diaz Tire Shop at all costs and find another garage - one where you will be treated the way a customer SHOULD be treated. This is a miserable, terrible place that has zero appreciation for the business they receive.

I’ve met chino, and Jeremy, came in to change two tires for $ 120 each tire and the experience was simple, clean and easy. They take cash, and card payments. Ask and see what else they might offer ????
