I needed to change carriers and signed on with Simple Mobile. Unlimited text and data and I got to keep my number I've had for years for a great value! Keeping my number was very important to me. The owner was very responsive and answered all my questions. It did take longer than expected to get connected changing from Verizon to Simple Mobile. I called the owner and he called the receiving carrier and moved it along. I'm now a happy customer ! Thank you Dexter Wireless.

Do not take your phone to that place, yesterday I took my son's iPhone to change the screen that was broken, I paid $85, everything worked fine, 2 hours after leaving there the start button stopped working, I took it From now on, let's see why it stopped working, I'll fix it and charge myself $20 more. They only take money from you for a bad service that they do. Bad place.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU HAVE AN APPLE PHONE!Went in there to replace screen. Phone was in working condition prior to bringing my phone into this establishment. The only thing I needed was a new screen however what I got was an off market screen not compatible to my iPhone and also got a button that didn’t work and my phone would not stay on. It kept restarting and shutting off every 2 min and over heating. When told to the guy behind the desk what the phone was doing he tried to act like it wasn’t his fault and he didn’t know what was going on. When asked who the owner was he replied saying that he was the owner but however would not provide his name. Took my phone to an actual store that knows how to fix phones and found out the reason the phone would not stay on and over heating was due to the screen being a 3rd party product and not compatible with apple products! He lied and said he uses apple products!! Tried to say “that’s normal to happenWhen you replace a screen”. He’s a scam artist!
