On 3 different occasions in the past 8 days I'm going to Cumberland farms on 1st day for the quart of milk it saud $1.99 it rang up 249 the cashier gave me a bunch of problems I went back 2 days later and talked to the manager her and I walked to the cooler and it still said a $1.99 she told me that no 1's changing the prices went a second day bought a bottle of water instead of 1 69 which it said it rung up a 189 Gay fixed it went tonight and bought a 12 pack of Coca Cola the price said 749 a ring up almost $9 they have exact They have excuse after excuse we don't change the prices we can't get into the computer how many times has this happened to people in the past 9 days and they don't realize it?? The way the economy is shame on Cumberland Farms

I go there often, and I usually have good service. But, yesterday me and my mom went to go get food, and I got some ice cream. The thing is the ice cream seemed like it was melted and then refrozen (which I didn't notice until I opened it and it was too late) that's my only complaint though, you might want to check your ice cream.

I have been a customer of cumberland farms in central falls Broad Street for many years but yesterday I was harrassed by two female employees there!They were asking me if that was my car outside because unless I buy something I cannot park there. I told them that I am a regular customer and that I did buy something. But then they came out and said that I could not park there because I got my chinese food from the store next to them and that other customers needed my parking space. Then they threatened me by saying they would call the police and a tow car because I told them I would complain to their boss! This happened yesterday afternoon. I will never go there again!Also now they have a sign on their bathroom that says customers only!

Thanks Cumby for giving us such a nice store. Hopefully it will inspire others to revitalize the neighborhood. I've had several occasions there where I've experienced or witnessed questionable service however. Today I grabbed a breakfast sandwich which requires heating up. At this location customers don't have access to a microwave. When I brought it to the counter the manager(?) told me: "Sorry. Kitchen's closed. Too busy."What kitchen? We're talking about zapping a pre-made sandwich. There was no crowd in the store nor line at the register. So I went to Dunkin instead and probably will from now on. Is that OK with CF management?

It's cumberland farms.... What else can i say. Actually i can. The staff has always been helpful and attentive to your needs. the gas here is reasonably priced. there is a great selections on a lot of things here. but if your in a pinch and need something cumberland farms can help.

WORST CUMBERLAND FARMS! THEY NEVER HAVE COOKED FOOD, ONLY ROLLERS OCCASIONALLY, THE STAFF DOES AS LITTLE WORK AS POSSIBLE. THEY NEVER WANT TO HELP YOU WHEN YOU ASK. I HAVE TO DRIVE 15 MINUTES TO ANOTHER CUMBERLAND FARMS TO GET FOOD. I KEEP GIVING THIS CUMBERLAND FARMS A CHANCE BECAUSE IT'S CLOSE TO ME BUT THEY KEEP DISAPPOINTING AND FAILING SO I HAVE GIVEN UP AND THIS IS WHY I AM FINALLY WRITING A REVIEW

It's cumberland farms.... What else can i say. Actually i can. The staff has always been helpful and attentive to your needs. the gas here is reasonably priced. there is a great selections on a lot of things here. but if your in a pinch and need something cumberland farms can help.

Worst service. I went in for 2 coffees and eggs. They were out of the flavor I wanted. I asked for help and was told the only person who could change it was way to busy. Well thats too bad.. ill just have to go to dnd.I leave the coffees and grab my eggs. She had to run it through twice. No biggie. Asked if I wanted a receipt, nope all set. Get in my car and she is in the parking lot saying it didnt go through. I follow her back and say you offered me a receipt. I need to check it didnt go through on my end. Now the syrup lady is there and loudly tells me " Its not here. It didnt go through" "Well I'm checking" Then she ask the associate who wanted the flavor i laughed and said " oh yea that was me too. But you were too busy for that" (snarky but now this is a 3 minute trip turned into 15) she LOUDLY tells me "I'm sorry but we are short staffed. We can't do everything" I replied "Maybe train your employees better" She then told me i was being loud.. I told her she was the first one to get loud and she said " I JUST TALK LOUD" I apologized to the clerk saying i knew it wasn't her fault paid for the eggs. And was told very passive aggressively by syrup lady 3 times to enjoy my 4th of July. Never going back.

I write to the owner in generate. I let them know that the tables every moment that I go for a coffee the tables to the coffee are full of rezina from the tickets that they scrape the employees do not clean the tables and much less care. They should let you know that the nesas are cleaned with clorox.Thank you very much

Its a dirty place. Not for cumbies or the nice staff. Its the dirty people that come here. Half the things in the store dont work.
