My brother recently passed away and I was trying to call Bank of America to learn the process to close his account. Calling the 800 number, I could not get in touch with a person, the automated system proved to be an effective obstacle and was unable to help me and eventually put me on an extended hold for the fraud prevention group. On a whim I called the nearest office in Central Falls RI. After a short wait, I spoke with a nice lady who offered her condolences and then told me exactly what I needed to do. Whoever you are, thank you. 0 stars for the automated phone line but 5 stars for the nice lady I spoke with.

By far the absolute worse branch one teller on a Friday line around the building 3 or 4 other employees walking around no one helps I wouldn't even give one star it's negative 10 starts

I hate to come to this place but unfortunally thats the only one close by and i feel the obligation to come here because thats where my money is!!! But the service here is horrible you have around 12 people on the line and only one teller shhhhh it will make you regret to come here and been a bank of america customer

Rude, unprofessional, and not willing to help. I was having complications with an account and was met with attitude. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

ATM to take $400 only gave me 200 and it's been 2-years now and never by 200 back from that bank they said the drive to has nothing to do with the bank never got the money back to this day

There was a line to see the teller but it moved fast. I was able to handle my transaction in a very reasonable time frame.

Terrible service. I was there for more than 15 minutes waiting not one comes to ask me if I need any help. Finally a person comes and she told me I need to make appointment and when you call the bank not one answer the phone.

Every time I come here the lady’s at the both when you walk in on the left alway act like I am not a customer their service in customer friendly only time they seem to be customer friendly is when their boss is there I thank I am going to switch banks?

They seemingly ALWAYS have only one person working and there is always a long line at least when I come in. Not efficient at all. I don't know the situation but they certainly need more then one teller to operate more smoothly
