The lady that works in this post office is always helpful and kind. I have lived in Glendale since 2014 and have never had a problem with this post office. It is nice to come and get mail with a hello, how are you today?

Post office lady should be fired she literally holds your packages for a week and she gives you attitude all the time, not only that she’s slow at delivering anything. I absolutely hate this place with a passion and the lady behind the counter even if your acting nice to her.

Horrible hours to open and close . The mail is place late compared with other post offices. The front window lady is slow for the volume of people she received. Mail is always a week late because is not mailmen deliver to the houses, awful service.

Absolutely terrible service, I have been living here 17 years and it continues to get worse, I've had my mail dropped in puddles, received it already opened, and important statements returned to sender, and I only recieve an attitude every time I have to talk with anyone there, something is wrong in Denmark

When u live here u HAVE to have a PO box.. but they are in the lobby.. and they dont give you a key.. so if your like me and work long hours.. dont expect to get your mail . They close the lobby down at 5 on the dot m-f and only 9 to 12 on Saturday for the weekend. I have been DESPERATELY trying to get my mail for 2 weeks but due to their limited lobby hours and my work schedule.. i dont expect to see my mail any time soon... smh
