Tom rescued us from a near empty tank on a freezing day probably 30 yrs ago. He even stuck around to help us re-start our furnace. We have been loyal customers ever since. Honesty, kindness, dependability...Dinola has it all.

Tom has been my oil guy for well over 25 years, always available for delivery ( even during the so called oil crisis) ! Both he and Mrs Dinola and their son are Very dependable, courteous and friendly people! I’ve never had a reason to go elsewhere!

I've been receiving my fuel from Dinola for the 2 and a half years I've been in my new home in Cranston. They're a very friendly company and have always delivered on time and can work with my schedule to be here when it will work best for me. All the delivery people are cheerful and helpful. Highly recommended!

I've been very happy with the service and price since I switched to Dinola from Petro. A friend has been using them for years and was very happy with their service. I have found them to be very personable. They have always been able to come same day so far, yes, because I'm "that person" who needs it now as I am used to being on auto delivery with Petro. Highly recommend. Brenda ( and know this my first yelp review!)

T. DiNola Fuels (same guy, same phone number/address as this Auto Sales listing) has always treated me excellently. Whenever I call for heating oil they arrive same day, often in an hour or less, with the best price in RI...even once when I put in an emergency off-hours call!

Terrible customer service!! Had a oil delivery scheduled and the driver refused to come up driveway because "it was unsafe". Driver would not listen that he was in the wrong driveway!!! I was home watching him from the window. Driver would not listen at all yelling "driveway was not salted". Refusing to listen that he was in the wrong driveway and hung up on me. I called back asking if the call dropped and he yelled no and hung up again!!! Call office to report situation and was told "it is driver discretion" Driver discretion?!?! To treat the customers terrible and not listen! Then told I should just go with a different company! Once again, Driver was in the wrong driveway... Driver also did not get out of his truck to meet me, just drove away. Was trying to flag him down, while I was on the phone with him but he would not listen. this could have been easily fixed with better communication.
