The manager (Manny) cussed me out for simply asking about where a product is. Never returning to this location

Nice place but the meats are way over priced. No ty to over $5 a pound for chicken. Beef over priced. Basically everything is over priced. Sometimes if I don't want to drive as far I'll grab some overpriced odds and ends. Overall I would never do my food shopping here

So sad that yet another small grocery store is going to a "club card" rather than just using fair prices.

This small local store has really stepped up it’s game in the last few months alone, with the introduction of the club card for sales and widening the product selection, this location is somewhere I find myself at often now. Really glad to see some positive changes from the new owners. Staff is friendly, mostly high school kids but they still know amazing customer service. Only real “complaint” is the store layout is confusing at times, went in the other day for coffee syrup and needed it pointed out to me by a cashier, but that might just be my fault.

I found the cashier (Nathaniel)and bagger (Cassie) to be extremely rude. They stood at the register laughing to each other, Nathaniel turned his face the other way so I wouldn’t see him laughing. Neither of them even acknowledged me as a customer. I will NEVER visit the store again. They both need training in customer service skills.

I found this market to be extremely expensive, for example... peaches, and apples each were $4.00 per lb. A jar of pasta sauce....$9.99!! If this market thrives in Pascoag it will be a miracle.

They have their handicap spots occupied with their flowers… meanwhile those with disabilities can’t access the store. Not to mention their products are expired. They should be shut down.

Good for if you forgot an item or two on your main grocery trip- just don't get the beef.IGA has a very high price for the convenience. Each item costs at least 40-50% more than it does at a large grocery store such as Walmart.Every time I go there just for only about five items it costs me 30-$40.I would not recommend getting any beef from here. I have stopped buying meat here because every time I buy it, the meat goes bad before the sell by date, sometimes even up to 3 days before. I've never had this issue with any other beef from other stores. If you need a few items for a nice breakfast or some produce for dinner, this place is great. It is very clean, organized and has a lot of products packed into such a little place. I would not actually go grocery shopping for the week here, though, as I've seen plenty of people rack up over 250-$300 in one shopping cart that isn't even very full.
