Rick at the front desk was inconsiderate and rude. Seemed to be having a bad day, or maybe was upset being the one training a new employee, or just wanted to be confrontational over the most minuscule thing. Rick wouldn’t use a <5” piece of tape to close the package. And in a demeaning manor/tone said, “I will not be taping your box, you may go home, tape it and come back.” Jesus if someone’s grandma has an issue, I really hope Rick is not in a mood or he’ll send you away, instead of being kind and understanding. This is would NEVER happen at UPS in Bristol, they put the person and their packages first.

I live in Illinois and shipped a package to my cousin at the wrong address and it was delivered. I realized my error 4 days later and called the post office to see what could be done. Kim was amazing! She was able to have the courier retrieve my package from the wrong house and then was able to send it to the correct address for me. She called me 4 or 5 times with updates. Thank you so much for the awesome customer service!

Went in this morning to apply for a new passport, but was refused service since the service clerk assumed and implied that I was not a US citizen and did not have a birth certificate. As a Bristol resident, I'm incredibly disappointed.

We have been nomads for 12 years, and literally know post offices all over the country, and the staff here is the best we've ever seen. AND they give out candy!

I went in for a passport renewal and Tom who assisted us was outstanding! He was thorough, pleasant and extremely helpful. Overall an excellent experience.

Peak shipping season probably isn't the best time to ship something on a 1hr lunch break. Zero urgency to service customers, plenty of time to make small talk though.

Inside not bad ..but trying to call them don't waist your time never answer phone...and who ever is sorting the mail can't get my address right I'm always getting other houses mail some not even from my st sometimes the address number is right but wrong street other times right street but wrong address number ...smh
