Yesterday, I contacted Derek and asked him a question regarding the used car we just bought our daughter. He was extremely kind and had me come right down to the shop for him to take the car for a ride and listen to the transmission. He did not have to go out of his way for us, but he absolutely did. He gave us an honest evaluation and offered us advice on next steps without expecting anything in return. Derek is a stand up guy with a lot of of in-depth knowledge! Would highly recommend!”

My son's Kia Soul was having electrical issues and he gave us some advice as he was very behind and couldn't get to us quickly and we tried to fix it at home but still wasn't working. We then had it towed to his shop and originally it was going to be a couple weeks but he diagnosed it within a day at an extremely reasonable price and he fixed it the next day! “I Went into another place to have my tires repaired. As they were pulling out of the garage my transmission fluid lines blew. No fault of theirs. It was just bad timing for me.Or actually it turned out to be good timing. Their manager recommend that I go with George's Auto Tech. I had it towed There the next morning and I was very surprised.They were able to fix it by the day after I had it towed there and I picked my car up the next morning. He also Found one of my Tie rods was about to break.It was so rotted, Just like my transmission fluid lines. Thankfully that prevented me from Potentially not being able to steer. Saved me a bundle not having to rent a car over the weekend. I recommend them , but I also recommend you making an appointment. They are justifiably busy. Very reasonable Price for the work. They are also within easy walking distance of enterprise.Rent a car if you have to rent a car while your car is in the shop, Or return A rental car and then go pick your car up from the shop without a ride.”

“Took me in on the spot and correctly diagnosed a noise in my front end as a problem with my wheel bearing. They charged a fair price for the diagnosis and told me I would get full credit for that charge toward the wheel bearing job if I decided to bring it back to them to have it done. I brought it back to them and they did a good job. My only complaint is that after the diagnosis visit I noticed a couple of small scratches on my door. I didn't complain. When I picked up my car after the wheel bearing was replaced I noticed another small scratch. Their work area is very tight and congested so I can see how it would happen. My car is not new so it's not a big deal to me”
