Paid $100 for a UV manicure, my nails came out very thick, wider than my nail bed, and he cut them back much shorter than I wanted. He paid no attention to detail as I realized when I got home the nails are extremely bumpy and crooked. I didn’t notice at first because I had been at the salon for over an hour and was itching to get out of there. Won’t be coming back.

I went to Star Nails to get gel polish change and a pedicure this morning. They had multiple technicians available one even standing at the check in counter. The secretary was extremely rude and said they couldn’t fit me in for an hour despite a technician standing there looking for work. When I said I couldn’t stay that long she just stared at me. I then asked if they had a trash I could use and she said nope.

I went as a walk-in but unfortunately for me they were busy. The receptionist ask if I could come back later and made me an appointment.
Annie gave me a super cute gel manicure and pedicure! Very clean environment, I kept seeing the technicians clean when they didn't have a client.

Just had a pedicure by Judy and it was terrific. She took her time and did a leg and foot massage. I will definitely go back!

I have been coming here for years and always had a good experience, went yesterday for a manicure and pedicure and had the worst experience ever. her name was Tiffany and she should not be allowed to work there. started with pedicure where I called out twice due to pain she inflicted. first time was in callous removal where she was pushing so hard it caused severe pain. second time was in cleaning big toe, again too hard and caused a lot of pain. my toe still throbs today. then she stars to remove my gel nail polish with sander and takes off some of the skin on my finger, so now my finger is red and looks infected. the last straw was the extreme pressure in neck massage. she is way way too rough, not relaxing. terrible all around experience. it's too bad for them to lose long term clients over one horrible tech.

Very over priced I took a 3 and 6 year for nails & toes painted and charged me 40 each won’t be going there again in and out in 30 mins time

I had a mani/pedi and Leo was my tech. The pedi chipped the day I got it and my nails in both my feet and hands looks like a weeks growth already. It was the worst experience I’ve had at a salon. Also, the receptionist was sour in every interaction with me. This photo is five days out.Services: Pedicure

They do a very nice job but the staff was kind of cold and the front desk straight up rude. The prices are also pretty high- $70 for a regular mani/pedi.
