I was greeted with a good morning upon my arrival and quickly knew I was in good hands as Matt was very eager to help. I had some issues sending them a document and Matt was able to come to the rescue! I will continue to use that store and mat is definitely a value added to your UPS store and your value company. “I stop by the UPS Store in Seekonk frequently to handle my Amazon returns, and the experience is always excellent.
The store manager is fantastic—always friendly and happy to help me get in and out quickly. I also really appreciate the self-service ship station in the store. It makes processing Amazon returns and scanning in prepaid labels incredibly fast and convenient if I want to do it myself.
It’s a well-run spot that makes shipping easy. I highly recommend this location!”

“I’ve lived in the area over 20 years. And although the postal workers have changed over the years they have always remained as some of the kindest in all of the city. This continues to remain my favorite station and has a small town/neighborhood feel to it.”

“Whoever was answering the front desk phones today (3/4) in the Swansea MA post office is an amazing human being! I accidentally put in the wrong address to ship two items and didn’t realize it until they were almost being delivered!
I called and not only was he extremely polite but he took down my information and helped me with the problem! One of the packages already arrived no problem! Thank you so much!
USPS has been under so much pressure and I’m sure they deal with rude phone calls and problems all day... but despite that this person still helped me solve a problem very important to me in such a kind manor and I am so thankful!

“We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!”
“They are always pleasant and helpful. This one time I brought in a package and I unknowingly wrote down the zip code wrong, right city, wrong zip. He picked it up right away the last 2 numbers were switched. Right away he showed me the error, looked it up and corrected the error and it would be delivered the next day. Yes they are very helpful and kind.”

“I don't know why all these bad reviews. I'm handicapped in a wheelchair and the staff here has always been very helpful. Always have a pen that I can use, also in the back there's 2 tables both of which have pens. Never had an issue getting a money order always have them. Great customer service at least with me.”

He used to service me when he was at the F.R Branch close to Eastern Ave across from the high rise.
After all you don't go to the post office to socialize with the tall Guy.

“It's a great little neighborhood post office. The staff is courteous and professional, but occasionally, the wait is a bit long. But, no longer than most Post Offices. Parking is limited to the street, but normally it's a quick in and out.”

“You cannot just give a return parcel/package to the mail carrier for returns anymore. You have to go online to USPS and reserve a day for pickup. Pretty easy to do and usually its next day pickup. They also email you to tell you that your package was picked up. There's several pickup options like requesting the mail carrier knock on your door.”
“Great place to work, great opportunity to grow your career at FedEx, I would recommend to anyone who is interested in a part time job and who is in college. The managers that I have on the shift from 5:30pm to 10pm are all fantastic!”
