Well I do not know if this is the same company. The person who was supposed to replace my dishwasher named Ronnie Griffin never did. He made promises, ,broke them, blew me off and never did the job and owes me money. I have already taken legal action.

We had an excellent experience with this business when we called because the boot on our washing machine was torn. We had already bought the replacement part, but it was a difficult install because our washer and dryer are stacked. They were able to install the new one on the first visit the day after I called them. A few weeks later, we called back because the boot had twisted due to some loose bearings and they sent someone to fix it at no charge. The technician, Wayne, was knowledgeable and professional, and I’m impressed by the business’s commitment to get the job done right. Washer Repair - I called and was told to expect a call back within 24 hours by the rep. When I did not receive a call back within that time, I followed up. I then received a call back from a tech named Jeff. He asked several about the issue (wet cloths after going through spin cycle) and then stated not interested in coming out. We had used this company for years and was always satisfied. However we would never use them again based on this response.

Do not use!!!! I was charged $442 for a service call for a Maytag oven ignitor switch which costs less than $100 (and probably closer to $50). It took 20 minutes for the repair. Same Day Fleece Service beware!

I called Same Day Service 4/28/2022 at 830 am. And the customer service rep told me that the tech will give me call between 1 pm to 5 pm . But at 930 am the teach called me and told me she will be in my home at in an Hr, The Tech repaired my dryer changed the belt , drive assym. and everything when will after 1 hr and 25 minutes . My dryer was up and running , Kudos to the tech Elisa . Thank you Same Day Service Company Hermie Kapunan

Same Day Service Company is a great company for appliance repair. They come out the same day to evaluate the repair and are on time and courteous. They were back with the parts in two days to make the repair. The technician Dave was excellent. He was on time got the repair done fast. He tested his work and made sure the dryer was running as it should . I would highly recommend Same Day Service Company for appliance repair.

They were the only local appliance company that could fix my Bosch fridge. They know their craft and Jeff is clearly an expert at his craft. He diagnosed it fast and had it fixed quickly.

When I first called them I didn’t know what the issue was, I just knew I had a leak. They came out the same week and diagnosed the problem and because they were going to do the work there was no charge. They got the part needed within 4 days set up a time and came out and completed the repair. Great customer service and professional staff.

I hired Superior to do a routine clean & inspect and to check on an issue the system was having in the Spring with a 4 year old HVAC system. Instead, I get 2 kids that showed up to clean the AC handler. When I mentioned the heating system clean up, they indicated they were not scheduled for doing that. I mentioned a system issue that was happening and they did try to remedy that by taping up an exterior duct that may causing the issue. Fast forward to October when it’s heating season and I’m still having the same issue. When I called them to report that the initial problem & service had not been corrected they told me, we will send someone out, but it is likely we will have to charge you again. Mind you I already paid almost $300 for service that did not include a cleaning, a filter, or a remedy to the problem I was calling about in the first place. Hire someone who knows what they are doing.

After setting an appointment (a few days after my call), I was told that they were coming to repair my machine in the "early afternoon." After two calls to check the status, I got a call from them at 5PM saying that the technician would not be coming, but they would reschedule my appointment for the next day and I would get 10% off for the inconvenience. When I asked for a time, they said that they couldn't provide me with one. The next day, I was woken up to their service tech banging at my door at 8 AM. He had shown up, but I hadn't gotten any call to say he was coming/was here (just the door banging). Then after all of the waiting, he told us he would just suggest we buy a new washer, and charged us the full ($129) service fee. Apparently, the 10% off I was promised, would also only apply to a repair, which he said he wouldn't recommend doing. Update: After posting this review, I was contacted by the company. They apologized for the experience that I had, and refunded our service fee. While I still was not satisfied with our initial service, I do have to say that the owner I spoke with was incredibly apologetic, kind, and surprised to hear about the service we received. His service and compassion was 5 stars.
