“They are always pleasant and helpful. This one time I brought in a package and I unknowingly wrote down the zip code wrong, right city, wrong zip. He picked it up right away the last 2 numbers were switched. Right away he showed me the error, looked it up and corrected the error and it would be delivered the next day. Yes they are very helpful and kind.”
“My favorite post office! I drive out of my way to make it to this one. The ladies are both extremely nice and helpful, especially when you become a regular like me!”
“I went to return something, mail something out & to buy some stamps. I entered the post office only to find the area where the registers are blocked off by a metal gate. A lady walked out of a side door and informed us that the clerk had called out and another one would be there in 10 min or more. I chose to wait and I’m glad I did! A clerk walked in and quickly opened a register. Komla was his name (I asked because in his haste to help us he hadn’t pinned his name tag on yet). He was jolly and prompt and efficient yet patient enough to inform me of different options for what I was mailing. Komla’s customer service is above and beyond!”
“I visited this Post Office on the 19th of December, it was a total mad house but the staff were professional, helpful, and got us all in and out pretty quickly. Great Job guys.”

200 Middle Hwy, Barrington“Today, I went to apply for a US passport. The staff here are so nice and patient, which made me feel warm! I love them, this is the best post office in Rhode Island!”
“I've always had great experiences at this location, and I ship packages 3-4 times per week. Steve goes above and beyond and is always friendly. Ron also always has a smile. No complaints here....”
“I needed to send a letter by certified mail. I went there and had to fill out the address and write a check. There was no pen so make sure you bring your own. The 2 writing tops are very small. There was a man behind the counter. He was pleasant and helpful in explaining how it all worked. Okay, the place is small and looks old but this is a micro office.”
“It's a great little neighborhood post office. The staff is courteous and professional, but occasionally, the wait is a bit long. But, no longer than most Post Offices. Parking is limited to the street, but normally it's a quick in and out.”
“The woman behind the counter today ( new years eve day 11am) is always so nice. I am at the post office a lot, and this location is always the most helpful & are nice people in general. & she is always so good to my 2 y.o. today he got JUNIOR POST MASTER stickers which was so nice of her. Thank you for the good service.”
“You cannot just give a return parcel/package to the mail carrier for returns anymore. You have to go online to USPS and reserve a day for pickup. Pretty easy to do and usually its next day pickup. They also email you to tell you that your package was picked up. There's several pickup options like requesting the mail carrier knock on your door.”

95 Chase Rd, Portsmouth“The Redelivery Ticket returned an error message with the online redelivery service.
But the pleasant and helpful Portsmouth agent turned the anxious moment into a fond memory.
A letter had been returned due to an incorrect address. The agent offered to address the letter correctly and resend it. She even looked up the address in hopes of resolving the error.
A quick call to the professional who had preprinted the address label on the letter revealed the mistake.
A return call to the PO was answered by the same pleasant agent.
Issue was resolved!
Her good nature and knowledge were a lovely Monday morning blessing.”

53 Child St, Warren“Has always been what I expected and I always recieve my packages on time. Didn't get a 5 because sometimes people who work there are unsure of themselves and others dont seem to go the extra mile but they still usually have an open mind and don't call you a liar for believing certain packaging or supplying or arrival details a certain way.”
“I have recently seen a guy at the counter who is very kind, helpful, and a true gentleman, not like some of the former employees. That's what we need to experience a little help, respect, and kindness.”
“I live in Illinois and shipped a package to my cousin at the wrong address and it was delivered. I realized my error 4 days later and called the post office to see what could be done. Kim was amazing! She was able to have the courier retrieve my package from the wrong house and then was able to send it to the correct address for me. She called me 4 or 5 times with updates. Thank you so much for the awesome customer service!”
