“Owners are very kind! Biggest negatives about this location is that the machine runs out of quarters relatively quickly, some people that use this location allow their clothes to be molded already prior to showing up, making the whole mat smell including you and your clothes. And often times the machines are breaking. I think the owners do their best to maintain the area and the biggest perk of course is the 24hr access...that is the major highlight!!!!”

“No matter the day, it's always quick. All of the staff is so nice and helpful and welcoming. They don't make you feel anything but comfortable. I drive from a whole other city to do my laundry there. And I live right down the street from 3 other laundry mats. I love it!”
“Since I went the first time, I liked it, for many it will be high prices, compared to others, and what we are looking for is that it includes dry free, knowledgeable people who increased the washing price, the place is spacious and the friendly employees do not change this laundry even though I remain removed from my home

“Wow this place and the people that work here are amazing! Holy moly iv never felt more at ease going to a place for the first time! Everyone was sooo helpful and showed me how to do everything! If I needed a cart they got it for me without me even asking! I can’t even believe the people who work here are that kind it’s truly amazing! I love this place! Such a great experience! “I have been looking for a new dry cleaner and found Best. Such a pleasure. They’ve done an incredible job with my husband’s work shirts and suits, as well as dresses for me and my daughters. My kids can be messy and they never have a problem getting their stains out. One day after dropping off a bunch of clothes I realized my husband needed a shirt and a suit the next day. I called them and they got it done right away without a problem. Highly recommend.”
“The lady is very nice. The prices are posted but for my 2 normal jackets, it's $15 each to be dry cleaned. Standard turnaround is about 1 week but they can do it faster for no additional charge if you ask.
They do not accept credit cards for transactions under $25 but you can pay at pick up.”
“Very clean! Went to wash and dry quilt and pillows in XX-large washer and dryer. Hadn't been in over 3 years so new system in place. Attendant was very helpful with how to navigate the new payment and functions of the machines.”

“Best laundry experience ever. In the Falls River area on business and did not want to pay the ridiculous hotel prices to clean my dirty clothes. Stumbled across this place and found it to be an oasis for the weary and clean-clothes-challenged. Great value and the staff and owners were very inviting. I will visit this establishment again when I am in the area. Five Stars for Red's Suds and Bubbles!!! They make you want to dirty up your clothes on purpose. Well, maybe not on purpose.”

“I use this laundromat weekly because it’s so clean and isn’t always crammed with people. They always have something good on the tv or some great music playing; whether it’s from the 90s to today’s hits. My kids love coming in here with me because it’s always a party while we do laundry. Today I dropped my phone between two washers and thank god Kara was there because she saved the day. She went into the little grubby crawlspace and used a hanger to fish out my phone. Seriously couldn’t thank her enough! She deserves a raise. Every time I’m here that lady is working her butt off. I love this laundromat and recommend it to all of my friends and family. This location is the best.”
“Great place to do laundry. Would have given 5 stars, but the coin changer doesn't change dollar coins. I got there late, but I was able to stay past closing as they have a button to open the door when it locks automatically. The door needs fixing as it doesn't close tightly, so when leaving, you have to make sure the door is completely closed. I only had to use the dryers, and they dried my clothes well.”

“Emily and her team literally saved my wedding by fixing my dress the day before my wedding. Another seamstress had been working on my dress for months and waited until the week of my wedding to have it "done" but when I tried it on it still didn't fit, as it was a strapless and heavy dress I was repeatedly assured I could get to fit despite being bustier. The original seamstress said there was nothing more she could do. I was devastated when it didn't fit and spent the days before my wedding going to every seamstress I could find and nobody could help. The day before our rehearsal dinner, my sister found Emily online and we drove over an hour to see if she could help. She and her team had to take apart the whole dress to make the waist tighter and take in the bust, and they did this all overnight with one seamstress out sick and had the dress to me before my rehearsal. It looked amazing. Emily was incredible and charged me way less than I had expected to pay, given how incredibly last minute it was. I cannot recommend them enough, especially for any brides out there who are desperate like I was! Thank you Emily!!!!”

“It is what you would expect from a laundromat. I am a one time user due to broken machine at home. It would probably be better when you go regularly and are used to it. You have to buy a laundry card and the machine takes cash only. There is no ATM, so you have to go somewhere if you don’t have any cash. No refunds, so have a lot of ones and fives if not a repeat customer. The machines seem to have trouble reading the cards unless you swipe it just right. The wash cycle is completed quickly which is nice. Dryer is apparently free but also says $.33. My balance did not go down when drying but my “bonus points” did. I wonder if those are used for dry and then charged after they are used up??♀️ other issue is I could not get WiFi to connect.”
“I wish i came here when my mother told me about this laundry mat. The washers are huge and only $5.75 ...everywhere else there $9.50 or 11.75....dryers work great also...could be a little cleaner but im not complaining staff try to keep up with it...”

“So I drop off and pick up. My laundry always smells clean and fresh. They do a fantastic job in a timely manner and as a bachelor, it suits my needs. But when I went to pick up my laundry on Friday and discovered a $20 bill neatly folded on the top of the pile I was amazed. I knew I had a $20 that had been missing but let's face it...I'm not the first idiot to misplace cash. And I had no idea where it had ended up. So I had written it off. But that $20 bill had been in one of my pants pockets. Instead of the laundy technician palming the money and putting it in his/her own pockets, it was folded up and stacked with the rest of my laundry. I will never go anywhere else becase at the end of the day, these people have EARNED my trust.”
