They made the process of getting my car repaired so easy. They dealt with the other persons insurance, setup a rental car, and had my car back to me in a week and a half looking brand new. Highly recommend JRA Collision Center to anyone!

Had the unfortunate need for my brand new SUV to be repaired. JRA was listed as an option on the insurance companies' list, and we selected based on reviews. The experience far exceeded expectations! Professional, friendly service with all the insurance and rental details handled, communication throughout the process was consistent with emails every few days, and phone calls when needed. Detailed documentation provided regarding the repairs and cost, and most importantly, the repairs were thorough, looks brand new again, and was even returned clean. (Nice touch!) If you are making a similar pick-a-repair-shop decision, you can stop now and go to JRA.

I'm in New York and my son goes to college in Bristol RI. His side mirror broke and needed it to be fixed right away. I called JRA and they did a great job fixing the mirror. They were fast and very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any thing you need.

My car was recently repaired by JRA Collision Center in Bristol and it came out perfect! The customer service was professional, kind and friendly. I was given frequent updates on the timeline of my vehicles' repair and everything was explained in a language that I could understand. My insurance company also commented on how easy it was to work with the staff. When my car was returned to me, it looked like new, inside and out.
