I was a tenant here for more then 10 years The manager was making side deals with me in lieu of rent increased which was rather disturbingEither way my rent more then doubled in that time also it isn’t climate controlled in the summer months with the heat inside at 120+ degrees on the second floor a lot of my music gear was destroyed in the winter it is freezing so this place is shakey at best

I don’t know who is giving this place 5 stars but the units are over priced and the management is terrible. It’s difficult to get in touch with someone and the owner has no idea what’s going on. I spoke with him on the phone 2 weeks prior to cleaning out and told him we would be out before the end of the month. He saw my husband loading trucks AND spoke with him the day we cleaned out the unit. I tried to send an email to confirm that he knew we were out but the listed email was invalid. I mailed a letter saying we were out of the unit and he still charged us the next month. Working with this company was very frustrating.
