Yesterday, I contacted Derek and asked him a question regarding the used car we just bought our daughter. He was extremely kind and had me come right down to the shop for him to take the car for a ride and listen to the transmission. He did not have to go out of his way for us, but he absolutely did. He gave us an honest evaluation and offered us advice on next steps without expecting anything in return. Derek is a stand up guy with a lot of of in-depth knowledge! Would highly recommend!”

They let me know it may be covered by the dealer under an extended warranty due to a class action. Well guess what, it is covered 100%. Not all shops will let you know that.
