I had two visits to the Verizon store over the past month. Josh assisted me both times. He is an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable person who provided exceptional support. He also offered very helpful suggestions, which I had no idea about with my new phone and went over and above to assist me with some settings issues I had and helped me connect my phone to my car during both visits. A great asset to the company!

Josh was incredibly patient and helpful, despite our showing up at 6:20 pm on a Friday evening. He was receptive to our needs and answered all of our questions. He gave us many options, informed us about all available promotions, and ultimately found the plan and devices that suit us best. He truly went above and beyond.

The customer service at the Barrington location used to be fantastic. We've had two back-to-back poor experiences lately with their staff. They don't seem to care to welcome and service people, it's a feeling of bothering them. Put your customers first, Barrington. We're seeking a new Verizon location to be more welcoming and helpful.

Josh was absolutely amazing! He listened to what I wanted, estimated how long it would take, and then it was actually LESS time and I got the new phone I wanted with everything transferred seamlessly! He was super patient with me as I had to work on my computer on his desk while he did all of the paperwork and transferring of data. I would highly recommend him!

Ask for Dante! Super helpful, personable and made everything real convenient. Getting a new phone, transferring data from an old one, doing all these things takes a while. Dante didn't just do all this for me, but helped time fly.

Needed a screen protector put on my phone and didn’t want to do it myself because I would’ve screwed it up. Josh helped me when he didn’t have to and put the screen on my phone. You don’t see too much of that anymore, people going out of their way for you. Really appreciate it.

Dante was amazing and super helpful! He got us in and out and we upgraded our phones and combined lines! He knows what he is doing and was extremely professional and helpful the entire time!

Two things. They stole my mother's phone and refused to give it back. The second thing is they had the audacity to take advantage of my elderly father and posted a fake 5 star review for themselves on Google using his phone and under his account. These people are scammers, steer clear.

Carter Ferguson was the most friendly employee at Verizon.We have always had a great experience with all employees, but Carter went above and beyond meeting our expectations! Good job to the great Manager for recognizing a true asset to his business.

RJ at the Barrington RI location was top notch during the process of buying the new Samsung S23 ultra ,Along with setting up the new phone & getting all of my data transferred from my old Samsung to the new one !!! Verizon give that man a raise !!!
