The best part of this Shell is the location. My friend and I are on the bike path a ton and this is our go-to spot. The pumps are average and not in great spots but the landscaping is top tier around the car wash.

I gave young kid a powerball and a mega ticket to scan. I purchased a few other Items as well, paid, took the slips & ticket(s), got to the car and no powerball ticket. Went back in and said he didn't give me a power ball. He said the slip didn't scan. I said can you put the numbers in manually. Oh you want me to? Yes. He put them in but only 1 draw, not the 3 draws selected on the scan sheet. I left

Nasty man working tonight 11/30/22.Too busy playing his Nintendo Switch, with his Bluetooth in his ear, constantly asking customers to “hold on one second”.MaryEllen would never allow the store to look like this. She always has the store looking prime. She also never leaves the ice machine empty.I’m an RN, and I always come to this store at 10:45pm, to get ice and iced coffee. Ice machine is never empty.Until tonight.People in the medical field are overworked as is, to walk into the local Shell Station, to a new worker whom is completely arrogant to every single customer, is a shame.Zero ice was left in the machine, I asked if he could fill it, he said no. I asked if I could fill it (since I’ve worked here for many years).He said yeah go ahead, I’m busy. (Busy playing his game).I’d usually never write a review like this, I love Sandy (store manager), and MaryEllen, but this employee has got to go. Lazy, unmotivated and unprofessional. Closed the store early also, at 11:40. Saw people knocking on the door as I left for work. What a shame.

Pump Number 7 has been broken for ages with no note. Today I put in my credit card, and the pump didn't work. It LOOKED like the transaction canceled but I checked my VISA online statement and found a $200 pending charge!!!!The cashier said the charge would "fall off". My credit card company said if it doesn't disappear, I'll have to dispute it and cancel my VISA card.

NOT 24 HOURS LIKE IT SAYS! Warning even if the lights are all on and the pump takes your card it will get up to saying "Begin fueling" and nothing will happen but your card WILL get a pending transaction of $85! I was lucky I was able to put $10 at the next station that is Actually open 24 hours! CROSSROADS convenience!!

I have bought gas from this station countless times. Today I purchased gas and the carwash option for the very first time-$12 for the "Basic" Wash. I went through the wash and emerged with my car's left back panels and trunk/backside completely wet. I went inside to let the store atrendant know and she said " your car looks pretty dry to me". I asked her to take a look at it closer and she barely went to the doors and really didn't take the time to see for herself. When I told her the dryer didn't do a good job, the store attendant was accusatory, defensive and combative and stated I should have selected the higher priced wash which has two drying cycles(apparently$12 only gets you one drying cycle). She kept repeating this message to me- to be fair, she did ask her manager(who was in her office and did not bother to come out ) if I could go through the wash again and the request was declined. Verbatim, the clerk repeated the same line that I needed to upgrade the car wash and sarcastically wished me a nice day. The wash is worth $5-7 at best and the result was not worth $12. Do not go there if you want your car properly washed or wish to be treated like a bad customer. My car is clean and I was just rewashing it because of yesterday's rain . Instead, this car wash left the back and rear sides spotty. You've just lost a customer.

Horrible gas station for customer service, female employee on her phone makes you wait to finish texting and doesn’t say hi or thank you nothing she’s completely miserable.
