Wow Sir is on of those people that when you talk to him it feels like you gave known him for years. He knew exactly how to answer all of my questions and laughed at my silly stories. I hope he sees this or is told how great of a job he is doing. Some storage units don't feel safe, but this place he followed protocol by locking his office when he left to help ppl and made sure the door was closed to the units so no could enter without codes. Sir thank you being such a pleasure to talk to. Customer services is the key to making any establishment great and I feel lately that is lacking in most places.
