Absolutely love this dry cleaners! My clothes always come back looking fresh and clean! They put so much hard work into the job. I know that this is a difficult job that requires a lot of physical and mental dedication and I am so impressed by the staff and the owner's work. They truly embody what it means to be committed and strong workers! The owner is so caring, kind, genuine, and attentive. She brightens up my day when I go in to the store as her energy is so positive and sweet!!!! I strongly recommend going here!

I brought three items in, all were ruined; two sweaters (shrunk) and a dress. The dress had sewn on flowers, many of them were now hanging off and a couple had even come off the dress altogether. When I went in and presented the items, the woman working there took one look at the dress and said "I'm so sorry, this looks really bad. Please come back later when the owner is here." My interaction with the owner is what led to the one star rating.As soon as I walked in she was very combative and said "it's one or two flowers, what's the big deal?" and repeatedly told me "I have no money, I have no business, what do you want me to do?" When I told her I thought she should at least refund me the money I paid for the initial services, she asked me to leave.Mistakes happen! And I was hesitant to write a bad review of a small business - it's difficult to succeed. But the owner's hostility and gaslighting about the dress really surprised me, and made me feel that I had to warn others to not use this business.

This place was excellent WHEN it was Grandpas. The business has been sold. It is now called Rositas. It is a complete fraud. They are keeping everyone's clothes and posting them on Facebook to sell. If you go in you can see that nothing is really happening there. The woman who runs the counter does not speak English but she doesn't speak Spanish either. I think this business may be a small money laundering business that has been set up by a silent partner and they make sure no one there is legal. They overcharge and you will NOT get your clothes back. If you do they are not clean. There goes your $50 for dirty and missing clothes. Something is way off here. Just don't.

Just plain bad. I go in on a Thursday with about 6 days of clothes. Ask for it to be ready Wednesday. Didnt get to pick it up until Thursday morning where they still weren't ready and had to come back a couple hours later. Pretty sure I was still charged full price.Clothes were clean but that was it. Seams in the pants were not maintained. Her tags were stapled onto my shirt tags and my pants, which were super annoying to get off.Just go to prestige cleaners down the road. They're not that much more expensive and their quality of work is much higher

Lost the sash from my skirt and tried to pretend I never brought it in. It was tied to the hanger when I dropped it off. I also didn’t get two of my hangers back. When I went back to try to get the sash, they barely glanced around for it, then took my name and phone number. After over a week I still haven’t heard anything, received any type of reimbursement, or even an apology. On top of that, the shirts needed to be ironed after I picked them up.

excellent service. Extremely nice and competent woman, who recalls my two or three shirts a week or two later, and finds them without the receipt. Always on time. Excellent job.

The woman who runs this dry cleaners is so incredibly nice and friendly, everything you'd hope for in a small town interaction. Quality of work is great. Highly recommend.

Horrible I went here my clothing still look the same they were Never cleaned. It's over priced along with terrible service... prestige is the best in Barrington! Gramps's cleaners is the absolute worst.

The woman who runs this dry cleaner is lovely. My parents have been going here for a while and when I went in last week to pick up their stuff she recognized their name, asked how they were and was so kind and accomodating. Quality of work is also always great. Just what you want from a small town, local business.

I had a dress (wrinkle) emergency right before a wedding I was singing in. The lovely lady who works here kept her machines turned on to wait for me to arrive (she had planned to shut everything down earlier) , promptly steamed my dress for me, and then would not charge me for it! Such a kind sweet gift. She saved my professional reputation !

This place is great, my clothes are always spotless. The owners are professional and so friendly, I've never had a dry cleaner that has known my name before!
