I had a flight to catch so she found my package as oppose to having go to block island and not having my kids hart meds. This place deserves major props!!!! I don't know the India lady's name but she needs a raise. That's how everyone should treat people.”

Kim was amazing! She was able to have the courier retrieve my package from the wrong house and then was able to send it to the correct address for me. She called me 4 or 5 times with updates. I accidentally put in the wrong address to ship two items and didn’t realize it until they were almost being delivered!I called and not only was he extremely polite but he took down my information and helped me with the problem! “I've been dealing with this post office for the past 18 years and I have always found the staff to be kind, courteous and helpful. The only bad experience I ever had there was over a decade ago, in dealing with a grumpy older man, but he retired soon afterwards. Ever single postal worker I've dealt with since has been friendly. As for the accusation that "they keep the doors locked after hours," I myself have never found this to be the case. Many times I've walked through an unlocked door and into the lobby to mail my letters.”

“I prefer this location to the main USPS location because the waiting time and lines are considerably less. The USPS workers at this location have also always been very respectful, helpful, and prompt. They also have a cute selection of greeting cards. Parking is tricky in the morning, since it’s public street parking, but usually after 2-3pm on weekdays or on a Saturday, it’s not a problem.”
