I've been coming here for years, first Jenn and now Vina. They're wonderful and reasonable and during the pandemic it's been a safe and relaxing experience. I wish there were 6 stars. I recommend Plush and Vina highly.

I have been coming here for the last 5 years. Vina does an awesome job, is funny and always seems to know exactly what I am looking for. Vina and Michaela did the hair and makeup for myself and my entire bridal party, which came out beautifully. I love coming here, and would highly recommend them.

Never again. I went for prem. Up the prize on me. Told her to take 2 inch. She took 3 inch. Could not believe she up prize on me!?

I absolutely love Plush. Have been going there since they opened, and went to them when they were at another salon!! My hairdresser Jen is beyond fabulous and has been for the last 17 years!! My hair always looks fabulous!! The salon and staff there r wonderful!! Not a bad word to say!! If ur looking for a salon, this is the place to go!!! I drive from North Providence just to come here!!!!

I'm so disappointed. I came in and asked for a dusting a I'm trying to grow out my hair. When the hairdresser said she wanted to cut off a little more than I wanted I asked if it was going to still be well below my shoulders. She ASSURED me it would. I also asked for my hair to NOT HAVE A BLUNT CUT....it looks awful that way and I wanted the ends razored and some LONG layers put in to frame my face and add movement....whelp. Not what I got. I would absolutely recommend Makayla at Plush Salon. I got a Living Social coupon for a hair cut and I would go back in a heartbeat at full price. She did such a great job and my hair looks phenomenal.

I am beyond upset. I went in and asked for a dusting. I just wanted to cut part of my dead ends off because I have been trying so hard for months on end to grow it out. I understand you have to cut off the dead ends to avoid splitting. I asked her specifically to keep it well below my shoulders. I know how long my hair is too because I had been measuring it to see if I was making progress. I know, sounds crazy, but this has been something I've been struggling with for over a year from the beginning process of me trying to get my hair healthier. She assured me she wasn't going to go short. Well, guess what, she chopped off over 2 f****** inches from my hair and when I asked for long layers around my face...she chopped them to my ocular bone! What the f**** I lost what feels like half my hair and half the volume. She styled it so badly it looked like a mullet. I had to go back and have it restyled. She had to ask the other stylist what products to use. Are you kidding me?? I tried to be as nice as possible because I needed to get it fixed before an event tonight. I am in tears right now after getting home. My hair is destroyed.

I found a crazy Groupon deal for Plush for $15. For the $15 you get a wash, cut, and blow dry. So I figured why not take the plunge and go get my hair cut there. I was able to easily get an appointment that fit my schedule. Finding the location was a little difficult because my phone kept trying to take me to the wrong shopping plaza. Once I found the correct place there was plenty of parking. My stylist (who I instantly forgot her name, oops) was very friendly and was really great at washing my hair. I often end up with water all over my face and clothes when I go to the salon so I appreciate her being careful and tidy. The only reason I had to knock off a star is because I thought my stylist could have had a little more confidence when cutting my hair. Hearing things like "I'll try my best" while cutting my bangs was a little nerve-racking. But the cut ended up coming out nice.

Amazing pedicure...she is extremely detail oriented...next time a manicure also when she has more time. Plus she is super cute which is a MAJOR plus...almost asked her out but I was too shy...

The service here was excellent. My sister and I took our mother for mani-pedis for Mother's Day and the manicurist stayed late to make sure we all were done and didn't skimp on the quality. It was great!
