This salon is fantastic! The talented staff provide amazing quality cuts / color / manicures & pedicures as well as waxing, and laser. They choose to use only high quality products (Goldwell color, Dazzle Dry nail polish - all the benefits of gel but it's non toxic, organic, formaldehyde & tolulen free!) Their secrets sauce comes from Judith the owner through to her amazing team - they genuinely care about the clients and their community. It does not get any better. Judith and Megan never disappoint! The salon is beautiful and pristine, and they always offer a cold beverage or a hot cup of tea to their guests. The services they provide are limitless and the quality is phenomenal. You won't be disappointed!

Absolutely love Katherine. She gave me a lot of helpful tips to help get my curls back.
She even recommended a lot of household products that I can use to get my hair healthy again.
I left the salon with homework until our next appointment; and peace of mind that I wasn't forced or pushed to buy salon products.

This salon has fun employees who care about you and your hair. It was always a pleasure to be there and I always got all the attention i needed so that my visit was worth it, every time. Judith, the owner is a great hair cutter and colorist.

Metropolitan is a full service salon with an intimate yet inviting feel. Judith the owner and lead stylist is a tremendous talent and not only makes you feel like you are the only person there but makes you look like a million bucks. This is a New York City quality salon experience tucked away near the beautiful surroundings of the Barrington river.
