I’ve been to a few vet clinics over the years. The staff and vet here are calm and welcoming. I didn’t feel anxious at all like I have in the past at other clinics. We were able to get in quickly and the appointment ran efficiently. They were gentle with my cat even with him having anxiety. I appreciate everyone for being kind.

Love this veterinary care center. The vets are all so well-trained, kind, thorough and gentle with our cat. They explain everything and do not order unnecessary tests. Importantly, Bayside takes sick visits- so when your pet is sick they typically can take you as a same day/come in soon visit. At Riverside we could never get a sick visit and spent thousands on ERs/emergency veterinary care.

I’ve only been once but my initial impression is very positive. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful. I look forward to seeing how there service is over an extended period of time. But my first impression was good.

My dog was very well taken care of. The Dr's. at this vet care about the animals and don't leave any stone un turned. Would highly recommend. The facility is top notch and the Dr's. are very good with the animals.

Bumppy had her first appointment at Bayside, she met Dr. Perry and i felt that she felt very comfortable with her, staff friendly and accommodating. Very clean, i am happy that she is a patient here

Friendly, prompt, and expert care as always. She LOVES going to the Bayside Vet. In fact, when I drive by there with her in the car, going somewhere else, she gets all tail waggy because she thinks she is going to see her great vet friends, and then looks disappointed when we don't stop there.

They do not do Certificate of Veterinary Inspection needed for flighting with pets. When we tried to take our cat in, they waited until our appointment (which they scheduled for the wrong day) to tell us they did not provide these certificates (even though they claimed they did over the phone).

I've been taking my dogs and cats to Bayside since shortly after they opened. In general the staff, including the vets, are friendly and seem to care about the animals they care for, and were very patient with one of my dogs who was very frightened to be there.
Unfortunately, in 2 separate instances with 2 different pets, my pets were misdiagnosed. In both instances I was told that they were healthy with minor issues and prescribed medicine and treatments that were completely unrelated to what the true issues were. With both, after a few days of following the vets' recommendations, they continued to get worse and what was recommended did no good.
I brought my first pet back and at that point was told he had cancer and was dead 2 weeks later. I took my 2nd pet to another vet and was told he had cancer and needed to be euthanized a couple of days later due to a large malignant mass under his rib cage. Losing these precious beings was difficult enough, and was made more painful by being misled about their conditions and knowing that their pain could have been made more tolerable with the proper treatment.

We have been with Bayside for over 3 years and have nothing but great things to say. They have same day add appointments, new scheduling system, friendly and outgoing staff, love of our animals was unmatched! We are so sad to be moving and no longer have them as a vet. We cannot thank them enough for taking such superb and excellent care of our very needy frenchies!

Love the attitude toward Fear Free and accommodating pups that are good but nervous. My 65lb pup is super sweet and good around pups as long as they are leashed. But he is very scared of pups running up in he space. Bayside techs made sure my boy had space in common areas. I appreciated that.

We have trusted the doctors at Bayside with our pets for 10 years, and we have always received the best care in a kind and professional atmosphere. All of the staff, from Dr. Trachtman to the person who checks us out when we leave, are friendly, helpful, and genuinely concerned about providing the best care to pets and the best service to humans.

I’ve never had a pet who loved the vet until now. Bayside always welcomes Benji with excitement and lots of treats. Every station is happy to see him. They truly care for animals, and their treatment and communication is top notch.
