I'm from Michigan and had some friends show me the shop and we went with the pork chops. The best pork chop I've ever had. Great experience talking with the butcher. I don't live here but would highly recommend anyone who does to buy their meat here.

Quality meat and everything pre-seasoned was amazing. Owner also gave me the perfect chicken wing recipe, definitely coming back.
