I could not have been happier with my purchase experience with muffs, i received a tracking number within hours of sale, the package arrived exactly as shown in the pictures and works as it should. This was my first purchase and look forward to doing business with them again.

Place is a dump, over priced. Staff is less than knowledgeable. God help you if you apply to any of their open positions they’ll waste your time for days. As far as products, it’s laughable the amount of mark up they need to put out just to keep the doors open. If you want quality products with a knowledgeable staff this place isn’t it.

Ordered an 86’ Yamaha tt225 kick start through EBay and was accidentally sent to previous address. Contacted people at address and was sent back to sender.Then contacted Muffs Motorsprots over a weekend and left a message. They returned call on Tuesday (holiday weekend) and only asked for new address and sent it right away with no additional charge. I WILL order from them for those hard to find parts again. Plus, part was exactly as posted and a perfect fit

Not the best experience with these guys. Ordered from them from ebay and their shipping information was not entirely accurate. Called them on it when it ended up costing us double. Rather than trying to resolve, they walked away from trying to make it right. And then they tried to dissuade me from returning the item. Overall a bad experience. Thumbs down Muffs. Next time try harder to make it right.

These guys are fantastic. I have ordered a few times with them now. Their customer service is amazing. I am new to motor sports vehicles and have no idea what I’m doing ? or what I’m ordering ever, but the reps are patient, helpful, over the top to answer my questions, search for the best shipping options. The shipping has been FAST. I will try to do business with them as much as possible because I trust them ???
