Al is extremely knowledgeable. I was working on an exterior porch design for a property that fell within a flood zone. The city officials believed they wanted an elevation certificate. After speaking with Al, his recommendation provided much better information for what the problem required. I was very pleased to have worked with Al and will definitely be using him for future survey projects!

It was a great pleasure to work with Al and Linda.Al replied to all my questions in a timely manner and addressed all my concerns.I was having trouble with my line that abuts my neighbor's property, and Al staked out the line clearly for me. Al properly evaluated the nature and scope of the challenges posed by our project and worked efficiently in support of our architect and attorney to secure required variance(s) for new construction - on time and on budget. Al just completed a small but great job for us. The house lot we own only had the front pins in place, so we wanted the rear pins located also. So Al with our plot layout and his high tech equipment quickly established our rear boundary line for us.
