When I walked in, I was honestly blown away with all the merch they have AND how many sizes they have (as a bigger person, TRYING on sweaters in stores is a luxury)! If we each had more room in our luggage, we would have bought more!! The staff were all extremely friends, experienced and knowledge. We were treated like friends.
If you’re looking to get F1 merch, don’t hesitate to buy from Fanabox. If you walk by their store, go in. You won’t regret it.
A special shoutout to Max as, even months later, we still talk about how nice he was to us. We can’t wait to return to the store and wear our merch to the next Montréal Grand Prix!

“For vacation I was visiting Montreal from Boston, and the long walks were resulting in significant ankle pain - to the extent that walking was painful on both feet. A quick Google search showed that my condition was not unusual and was likely due to an issue with my gait or tendonitis - either way, different shoes may help. I went into the store with minimal knowledge. Antoine patiently endured my questions, brought half a dozen pairs to try, and ultimately outfitted me with highly cushioned running shoes. As a result, I was able to walk for the following days with greatly reduced pain. “I came by twice in 1 week and great service!! My 3 boys had to try out skates. The first time Émile served us, super smiling, friendly and good with the children. My friend is mild TSA and I was going to buy him these first used skates, when he tried them he really didn't want used ones and I felt the crisis was coming but Émile knew what to tell him and he helped me a lot. 2nd visit we were squeezed in before closing at 6 a.m. we arrived at 5:30 a.m. and I apologized for arriving so close to closing time, it's not easy sometimes bringing 4 children to choose skates!! But I was greeted with a smile and told me it's okay, we close just at 6am. Thanks again !!”

“This is a beautiful store with top end products and a good level of inventory.The staff however did not seem interested in helping or making sales. My family entered with clearly a high motivation to buy. We were looking to purchase 2 pairs of cleats, another pair of shoes and other accessories.We were never approached. Had to keep asking for help to try on pairs of shoes. No follow-up. No interest. Several times we considered going elsewhere despite the store having all the products we wanted.This was all despite several staff members being seemingly available talking to each other and on their phones.As a customer it was a disapointing experience. But as an owner of this business I would be even more disapointed.I spoke to the owner multiple times after this incident. I was impressed with her passion and dedication. “Had such a good experience here the other day. Dropped in for someone to have a look at an issue I was having. I left the bike with Steve, and a few hours later, the part was replaced, along with a few other issues I had with the bike which I hadn't even mentioned. When I asked to have some help installing a new set of drop handlebars, it was no problem. He did it on the spot, and swapped out my brake cables in like 15 minutes. Super happy I found this shop.”

So I either needed my bike fixed before the holiday started, or I was gonna be in a lot of logistical trouble, cuz I wouldn't be able to fix it and I had no other way to get back home from the Southwest to my home in parc ex.I got to Cycle Technique right as they were locking the door, but they let me in, spent 5-10 mins on the repair, and then let me bike off to my holiday services. I offered to pay, but they said it was fine and free. SUCH NICE PEOPLE and saved my Jewish New Year celebration. Can't recommend enough!!!!!”
