“IGA Atwater is a large store with an impressive selection of products. Whether you're looking for fresh produce, specialty items, or everyday essentials, this IGA has it all. The variety and quality make it a great place to shop.
However, it's unfortunate that the store is located in a mall that feels a bit unsafe at times. While the IGA itself is excellent, the surrounding area could use some improvement to make customers feel more secure.

“We really feel the enthusiasm and passion for local beer! This beer shop not only sells local beers but also wine and cider as well as varieties of refined products and there I found a lot of ideas for Valentine's Day! The welcome is warm and friendly and that is VERY important! The decoration is very nice, especially their window full of different colors. Recommended!”
“Une bonne adresse de micro-brasseries, cidres, mais aussi quelques mets fins (fromages, etc). Parfait pour emporter et aller pique niquer dans un parc... Ambiance plutôt cool avec de la musique. Il y a aussi de l'eau pétillante et des croustilles de qualités.”
“This is a great store to buy Quebec wine. Really friendly and helpful staff, with a really strong knowledge of Quebec wines. This is my go to wine store when I visit Montreal.”
“ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE,I STOPPED IN ON DEC.30th ,and was looking around ,my nephew asked me if they have olives here .....I said ," eek I am not too sure ,I'll ask ""Well LOW AND BEHOLD THEY HAD OLIVES ....pitted,Super price and DELICIOUS.....So I suggest you grab a bag on the counter ,they will go excellent with your drink of choice ....?️”
“superb local butcher shop specialized but above all with a friendly personalized service. Pierre Olivier serves you with kindness and a smile. Several small fine products and several homemade products. Shall we take a detour? Yes”
“There is a strange separation between “rich” people and “poor” people by the simple fact that the pantry space is upstairs. Otherwise I love this branch!! Lots of products that you can't find elsewhere and the employees are very nice!”
“An extremely well-curated store focusing on craft beer and snacks. A little pricey, but worth mentioning that the listed prices are tax+deposit included; what you see is what you pay.”
“Very well received by the saleswoman, we followed advice and we are very satisfied. There is an extraordinary choice of beers from Quebec and Canada. Thank you from a visiting Toulouse.”
“'Espace Houblon - Ahuntsic' will always be my favorite place for a rich and diverse selection of the best beers from Quebec microbreweries. It’s thanks to Gab who is always welcoming and keen to provide the best possible service to his customers. He is always on the lookout for the latest product releases and will without hesitation offer you his valuable advice and recommendations, regardless of the taste palette you are looking for. You will not regret your visit to this place designed for and by beer fans.”
“They stock here a wider selection than most stores. You can get the higher shelf and expensive liquors here.I visited in Feb 25th and the shelves were looking bare, but they are getting ready to move locations based on the signs in the store. I think it said they are moving across the street.I've visited here multiple times and the staff are usually helpful. You can also get recommendations here and they also do tastings you can sign up for.”
“What a great local beer shop. The owners are passionate about beer and the small space means the selection on offer is highly curated. You can't go wrong here!”

5 Simon-Valois Pl, Montreal“Excellent sandwhich à la saucisse. Choix respectable de saucisses et de garnitures. Servis dans un petit pain baguette frais. Beau, bon, pas cher et rapide. Je recommande!”
“Very good breakfast sandwich and excellent value for money. This is the first time I found a place serving a good breakfast open early in the morning on my way to work. I will definitely go back!”
“Well organized, clean and comfortable store. In general, the SAQ system does not offer much choice, whiskeys are very rare, strange selection of wines and aperitifs.”
“Passed by on February 15 to buy a few bottles and an advisor (unfortunately I didn't know his name, but he has an armadillo sleeve on his left arm) welcomed me and took the time to advise me. I really appreciated his courtesy and kindness :) Thank you!”
“The french guy who works there really knows wine and he is passionate about it. I feel as if they keep a very nice selection of French and Italian wines since he works there”
8AM - 10PM
251 Rue Beaubien E, Montréal“Really nice convenience store? It feels like a luxury 7/11 or Oxxo. Large selection of local wines and beers, cookies, chips, drinks, truly fresh foods that can be grabbed to go, coffee, candies, and so much more!”
“A good store that you can find almost everything even if it's not really all the products that you can find in Europe, like the good DIMPLE scotch etc.....but with salespeople who know these products well”
“Always got great service and always enjoyed the selections they gave me when I asked for suggestions. Super kind, unlike the government that supports and pays them.”
“Great shop. Excellent selection and good prices. I had a mixup with an order and the owner James was super kind and helpful, he made it right immediately. This is a business ran with integrity that is well worth your time!”
11AM - 9PM
4485 Lanaudiere St, Montreal“They have the greatest beer selection in all of Montreal, I love crafted beer and I come here often to buy my blueberry beer which I enjoy once in a while. Their blueberry bear is one of the greatest I’ve ever tasted ? ?”
“Affordable price. Smiling employees. On the other hand, I was shocked by their strikes, I just wasn't aware of them but here I was astounded in front of the store window which announced its inconvenience with Law 64 and the employees ironically in their pajamas. Ahahahah very amusing, I think.”
“Great people work in there, knowledgeable and polite. A gentlemen who worked on the floor has elevated my customer experience at 4.30 PM on July 1st helping with chilled Chardonnay selection. A place to come back.”
“Staff know the best "qualty" wines from Toscana beyond the price point, that is trult meaningless for this region in Italy.I appreciate this knowledge.”
8AM - 10PM
2915 Blvd. de la Concorde E, Laval“Very limited selection, esp. of cellier wines, but still a decent neighbourhood wine store if you're not looking for something out of the ordinary. Staff isn't super-friendly or useful, but if you're just looking for a good wine on the cheap side, it's an OK place. If looking for real treats, like more expensive wines or a wide choice of, say, green wines, you're very much in the wrong place.”
“Wide selection available in almost every category conceivable. As usual for this activity sector, prices vary according to the type, age, origin and quality of the beverage. Pleasant space. Found the staff knowledgeable and helpful. Top notch.”
