I bought a box of Shrimp & Imitation Crab Salad (Prêt à Manger) over the counter at full price, which was set to expire the next day, and I suffered from diarrhea. This is outrageous! Avoid their Prêt à Manger at this store—they probably have contaminated products!

I was experienced racism from the cashier in this supermarket, as she treated the white customers who were before me with kindness, respect and welcome. When my turn came, her treatment suddenly changed and she became rude and unwelcoming and she threw the bill in my face since I am not of the white race. This is racism and hatred and is completely unacceptable. We are all human and no race is better than another. She should have dealt with me respectfully and professionally, and her behavior reflected her morals and the racism of this supermarket. If you are not white, expect this kind of racism. In addition, they manipulate and lie about the prices of some products. They put a discounted price on the product on the shelf, and when I checked out, a higher price appeared. Even when I reported to the supermarket management about the difference in the prices of the products on the shelf from the accounting, they played around and tried to gaslight, which indicates their lack of credibility and responsibility and their evasion of correcting their mistake by cheating customers with prices. The worst supermarket I have dealt with in my life, even its management is bad, manipulative and deceitful. Some fruits and vegetables are close to rotting. I will never come back again to this supermarket

IGA Atwater is a large store with an impressive selection of products. Whether you're looking for fresh produce, specialty items, or everyday essentials, this IGA has it all. The variety and quality make it a great place to shop.
However, it's unfortunate that the store is located in a mall that feels a bit unsafe at times. While the IGA itself is excellent, the surrounding area could use some improvement to make customers feel more secure.

The products are all fine but every time I come here, I don't know why the staff are always rude. I prefer using the self checkout for this reason. I went today to see if they had any wine and I approached several employees and politely said "excuse me" and "Excuse me I need help finding something" and was straight-up ignored. One of them just looked at me and walked away. No idea what's going on with that, but as someone who works in customer service, I've never had not one, not two, but several people do that in a row. I just wanted to ask if they had wine because I couldn't find it anywhere :( I just ended up leaving without buying anything.

Something must be wrong with this supermarket as all 4 packs of milk on the shelf expired yesterday.
I have to go back and make a change on the expired pack that I got, only to find the even shocking reality that not a single pack is within the shelf life.
The blonde girl at the client service desk didn't even seem to be sorry for the inconvenience.
Hope nobody else will experience the same...worstever supermarket.
