The manager was passive aggressive and pressured me to pay for my gas again even though i showed proof it was paid through my bank account. Days later, it’s still double charged. I live far away so the only thing they could’ve done is have me to waste gas to come back, drive for 40 mins to get a 30$ refund. Be careful when you come here.

The Westmount Esso team is like a military operation. For gas, it’s full service (where does that happen anymore!). For mechanical, they are professional, know their craft and charge fairly. You get what you pay for here. Expert work, trustworthy management and much faster in/out times than anywhere I’ve tired. From Porsches to Fiat 500, I trust them with all my cars.

Stay away, except to fill your tank. The most dishonest, rip-off garage I have ever had to deal with. Avoid at all costs, or it will cost you very dearly. They were once a lot more honest, but in recent years have lost any scruples, and overcharge, inflate hours shamelessly and do work that is not at all necessary!

They didn't offer to check the oil like in the good old days but this is still one of the only places left in Montreal that still offers service at the pumps!
